First, thanks for the early admittance to the unit. We arrived earlier than expected. The unit was clean well appointed. The mattresses were not comfortable but we had everything we needed. We had trouble with the TV's in 2 of the bedrooms but it wasn't a big deal as we really didn't need to use.

If very outdated was the only issue, I would not be writingthis review. The worst was ROACHES, we saw 6, one was in the bed.We did not call beacause we didnt want them to spray while we were there The washing machine was broken, this was the only thing we called to have fixed because we had 7 women 60 years old, so we had to have a washer, which they did fix. Mold on windows and patio. Cracked counter tops and tile flooring. dishwasher leaks. sink stops up. It did not ruin our trip but I would not want others to rent when you pay good money and walk in to what we was really bad.

Great location with beautiful beach view. We really enjoyed the golf cart (nicknamed “Barney”). It was very handy to go over to Baytowne wharf. The condo is certainly a bit dated and knees, a little sprucing up, but it was very comfortable for our family.

They are not lying about the view. It's fantastic. The condo is in an awesome location and the service was great. The only thing I would say is that it could use an update. There are several outlets that don't work. It just needs general maintenance. I would stay there again based solely on location and view.

feel it is necessary to bring to your attention our extreme disappointment in the cleanliness in upkeep of the condo we rented for an extended family vacation. There are several outlets that do not work, there are patched walls that were not painted, the bathroom is filthy along with all of the floors in the condo. There are parts that look like they could have been repaired from water damage but not completely repaired along with furniture that have stains and blinds that when you try to shut them your hand is full of filth and grease. The one thing that was the most upsetting and disgusting was the washing machine is full of mold and mildew, to the point that I have had to try and scrub it clean. I honestly am not sure if I am even going to be able to use it which we had counted on. We would greatly appreciate a response to this email and with the additional work that we have had to do to make the condo comfortable we certainly feel there should be some sort of financial restitution. Property not AS ADVERTISED!!! Mold and water damage in several rooms, appliances not in working condition, stained couches( looked like blood), torn carpets, exposed wall with no sheetrock, clogged sinks, and most importantly careless property managers with no sense of courtesy urgency or concern for guests.

The condo had alot of cosmetic damage for example broken cabinets, broken light switches, broken plug ins, dirty furniture, patched holes in the walls that were unfinished...I would probably stay at the property again just try a different condo. We also had a horrible experience with a "owner" of a condo in the building that thought she could dictate where people sat at on the beach. I know that's not the properties fault but she was extremely rude and sent an email complaining about how she couldn't control us and how we didn't listen to her. I stayed at this exact same condo during covid 2 yrs ago and I just feel like it was cleaner and taken better care of a couple years ago

I would provide the next group to expect a clean and well furnished home, however there are updates needed. The views from this unit are amazing.
The unit is very nice. It is definitely in need of some electrical updates. There were several outlets that did not function. This required that the ladies do their hair in front of the large mirror wall in the living room. A full length mirror, or any mirror, in the master would be very helpful.
I left a valuable ring behind but the cleaning company could not find it. It was on the bedside table. That was heartbreaking.

Let’s start with the positives: the location is amazing, there are lifeguards on the beach, security to keep the beach open for owners and renters and the shuttle to Baytowne is always convenient. The floor plan is great but this unit needs some serious attention. Outlet covers are missing (kitchen), there is an extension cord running under rugs in the living room, silver (spray painted) chairs in living room rub off on your clothes, stains on cushions and comforter, washer is moldy and smells bad, hall bath has mold on the ceilings, tile falling off (hall bath), kitchen cabinets are chipping, kitchen counters are cracked and stained and maybe the worst of all, the ac unit in the king bedroom (not the master) had black stuff blowing out of it when the ac was on. I would not recommend this unit for anyone, but especially steer clear if you have kids. The photos are very misleading. I have never taken the time to complete reviews but this unit was so bad it warranted it.

While the view was incredible, this condo needs some maintenance items addressed. The dining room chairs were not useable as legs were about to fall off of all of them. Numerous leaks in the ceiling, some of which were about to cave in. Wall paint was damaged all throughout and in desperate need of repainting. Once this condo receives a good tune up, it'll be a fantastic unit.

Great week at sandestin
We had a great week with 6 adults one infant and one toddler. There was plenty of room with the three bedrooms. The location was perfect with a much quieter area on the beach. If the pool was open (under construction) and the appliances in the kitchen were updated (the fridge is brand new which was nice) and cabinets repaired, then it would be almost perfect. Thanks for a great place to stay.

Appliances need to be replaced
A/C doesn’t cool master bedroom-rest if house was fine but it just couldn’t reach to other end for master bedroom, refrigerator doesn’t cool (they looked at it and said it’s working) and our milk curdled! I took a picture of it and sent but they didn’t ever reply. Washing machine has mold all around seal so clothes came out smelling horrible and couldn’t use it after the first wash. Dishwasher doesn’t clean dishes and has bad odor-had to hand wash everything. The furniture and decor was very nice and beds were so comfortable. Layout is family friendly and plenty of room. Just can’t believe they let the appliances get that bad in a nice place.
