'Day Dream' Family Beach Cottage Half Block to Beach
Esta es una casa de playa de belleza! Verdaderamente un "sueño de día" en la playa. Pintura fresca en todo el interior y pintura nueva en el exterior. Nuevo azulejo en el balcón envolvente de arriba. Nueva iluminación empotrada y molduras en el balcón envolvente inferior más pintura fresca. Nuevos pisos en las escaleras y segundo piso, con pisos de madera y travertino en el primero. Amplio 2,085 pies cuadrados. 3 dormitorios, 2. 5 baños más un altillo en el maestro. El maestro tiene una cama king, futón, TV de alta definición y reproductor inalámbrico de Blu-ray. El loft se puede utilizar como sala de juegos para los niños. Cuenta con un pequeño televisor y reproductor de Blu-ray y una cama nido / día con capacidad para dos. El espacioso baño principal tiene una ducha independiente y una gran bañera de hidromasaje / jacuzzi. Las dos habitaciones de la planta baja se abren al área del patio trasero que cuenta con un amplio patio de adoquines con una gran parrilla de gas de 6 quemadores. El primer dormitorio de invitados tiene una cama queen y TV de alta definición de 40 pulgadas con reproductor inalámbrico de Blu-ray. Esta habitación comparte un baño Jack-n-Jill con la segunda habitación de invitados, sin embargo, el medio baño está justo al lado de esta habitación. El tercer dormitorio cuenta con 2 literas, cada una con un colchón completo / doble con capacidad para 6 niños cómodamente. El estudio cuenta con un televisor de alta definición de 50 pulgadas con barra de sonido y reproductor de Blu-ray y dos sofás cama. Se incluye TV por cable de alta definición e internet inalámbrico. La mesa del comedor tiene espacio para ocho y la cocina completamente equipada cuenta con una estufa de gas y un horno doble de gas, además de microondas y nevera de acero inoxidable con agua filtrada y máquina de hielo. Los porches envolventes del primer y segundo piso son perfectos para relajarse con una buena bebida. ACCESO A LA PLAYA: Cinco casas al este y usted está fuera de la entrada de la subdivisión. Siga media cuadra por Crystal Beach Drive y justo a la derecha de The Inn at Crystal Beach y estará en el acceso público a la playa. Es un paseo corto y fácil. (haga clic en la pestaña "Ubicación")

I would suggest renting a golf cart if you carry a lot of bunch stuff. Also, it’s a good place, so the beaches get plenty of people.

The property is exactly as promised - walking distance to the beach, quiet neighborhood and clean. We didn’t have hot water for the first part of our stay, but it was fixed as soon as I reached out to Ray. The front door is a little quirky but calling the property manager helped us get in. I would return to the property in the future!

The group had an amazing time with this property and will definitely return next time we have this many people. Very walkable to the beach in a quiet, friendly neighborhood. We did have an issue with not having enough hot water for our 12 people to shower every evening and parking was tight for 4 vehicles. The host and neighbors are chill so long as your group does the same.

Big house and close to the beach
The house was great and the location was too. The only strange thing was the lack of hospitality. Only one dish towel in the kitchen, no replacement for toilet paper or paper towels. The oven mits for taking pans out of the oven were almost useless. Along with that, someone came up and worked on a sprinkler right in front of the front door for about an hour or so without notifying us beforehand. Also, on the last night we were staying, huge bags of sheets, blankets, etc. were just left right in front of the door. Seems unprofessional when we weren't set to leave until the morning after. Would be a 5-star review if it wasn't for those things.

Another trip to the beach
Great property! Everything was there that we needed to have a great week! Very short walk to the pool and the beach! We had a great time, and the house was big enough to enjoy family time or personal time. I would recommend this property to others looking for a great place. The property was well maintained, and you did not have to have a degree in engineering to operate the televisions!

We couldn’t get in, due to the deadbolt lock not unlocking and we’re told it was going to be an hour before they could get someone to us…. But once we were in everything was perfect!!!

The house was clean and comfortable and the location was great. Short walk to the beach and many restaurants and shops close by. You will need to bring all the beach equipment you like to use or buy it while there.

Great location!
The house was great & we had enough beds for all 12 of us. We were concerned that the AC wasn’t cooling off the upstairs bedroom & loft compared to the rest of the house (first night there) but woke up cold in the middle of the night, so it just needed time to cool off & worked perfectly the rest of the week. This house is just a short walk from the beach. They’ve got strict HOA rules but I can see why - the neighborhood is very well maintained. The pool’s just a few houses down & clean as well. I would stay here again.

Perfect Beach Home
This house was exactly what we wanted. We have always stayed in a condo on the ocean and decided to change it up this year. We were not disappointed! Beautiful home, perfectly peaceful neighborhood. Perfect family getaway
This place was perfect for our family! Very clean upon arrival, very short walk to beach and the house is in a perfect location close to everything. Great place to stay with children of all ages. The owner was pleasant and quick to respond upon needs! Southern vacation rentals was also awesome to book through! We will definitely book here and through them again!

Perfect Beach House!
We loved this house and the location! It was such a quaint and beautiful neighborhood and it was truly just a short walk to the beach. We took a utility wagon and loaded everything we needed and walked over. House was clean and large enough for all 10 of us. Loved spending evenings and mornings on the front porch. Ray was super easy to work with and was very prompt in answering any questions. Thank you for sharing your house with us! We made lots of wonderful memories!

We had a great time and the location is a short walk from the beach. However the house needs a deep cleaning as the showers were dirty and the sheets seemed like they might not have been switched. Overall it is a nice house with a friendly neighborhood.

Fun family memories
We had a wonderful time with our kids and some family friends. The house was clean and accommodating. We love that it is a very short walk to the beach. It’s great to have the beach as well as the neighborhood pool for the kids to play.
Do bring extra blankets if you are planning on using the pull out beds in the living room. Sheets were provided but we needed blankets as well. But such a great house!

Family friendly home in amazing neighborhood
We had a family with 4 kids ranging from 2 to 9 years old and 2 single people. It worked out amazing. The family was able to take the entire upstairs with the very cool loft for the kids and my friend and I stayed downstairs in the two rooms with shared bathroom. The beach was so convenient to get too. And there are many things super close for food or household needs. Highly recommend! The house is gorgeous inside and out. Owner and management are extremely responsive and amazing to work with.

We have a friends group that has made Destin our yearly vacation Spot. We have done this for about the past 5 years and this property was by far the best one we have stayed at so far. The house was beautiful and had plenty of space for all 10 of us. The pool and close proximity to the beach made our stay even better.

Such a cute, charming house and neighborhood! Our family and friends enjoyed the spacious house. Just a short five minute walk to the beach. Ray was easy to contact and helped with any issues (front door lock pad was unplugged) we had during our stay.

Beautiful Home
This is a beautiful property with a very beachy feel! Close proxmity to the beach and a pool a few houses down that was never crowded! We had 8 people in our group which included 4 kids who loved the bunk beds. We never felt we were all over each other. The kitchen was well equipped. Ray was very responsive to all my questions before we arrived. We really enojyed out stay!
One note is to please read the HOA rules. They are not playing around. Someone in our group (without my knowledge) hung towels in front not knowing you were not allowed and less than an hour later someone snapped a picture and thus we had to pay a fine!!
