Mary Ann's property is always clean and fully stocked w all the necessary utensils, toiletries, etc. for a convenient stay.
She is also always readily available and prompt in her responses to any questions or concerns.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were lucky enough to see an early wildlife intrusion in downtown Estes.
The only constructive criticism would be that the mattresses seem a little old.

What a fabulous place this was for our family vacation! The home is beautifully decorated in true tasteful mountain fashion and everything we could have possibly needed was provided. I was there with my 3 grown sons, 1 daughter-in-law and a niece. There was ample room for everyone with plenty of space for online work when needed, games playing, large family meals and general relaxing. The deck is wonderful and we thoroughly enjoyed the fabulous hot tub while viewing the night sky. The grill was perfect for our large group meals. My brother's family of 12 was staying nearby and we hosted them for dinner - there was plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable.
I would highly recommend this house to anyone visiting Estes Park. Just perfect!

WOW!! Best describes our stay. The view is outstanding and every day we saw rabbits, chipmunks and deer from the deck. I was fortunate to see a mama and her fawns on our 1st morning. The house is so comfortable and beautifully decorated and well stocked. It is not mentioned in the listing but the A/C is owner controlled and set at 75. Doesn’t affect my review as we loved our stay and would definitely stay here again.

The cabin was gorgeous and private. Guessing next closest house 100 yds above. VERY CLEAN and fully equipped with everything you need in kitchen for excellent stay. We all loved soaking in the hot tub after hiking at 8,000 plus in the Rockies. Would ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND and stay there again!

This was our best rental experience we’ve had! The cabin decor and setting was perfect and beyond expectation. Cleanliness is a huge priority for me and this cabin was spotless. Hot tub was well maintained and great to have in the evenings. Neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful and the views from the house were so pretty. This house had all we needed and more and the host was so easy to communicate with and kind as well. We hope to return one day!!!

My girlfriends and I loved staying here for our 40th birthday trip. We enjoyed so much of Estes Park and wished we could have stayed longer. The house was welcoming, comfortable and so peaceful. It’s also located so close to everything. We would highly recommend the property and I hope to return!

We have been visiting National Parks for the last 5 years. The location of this house was excellent to get groceries in town and to Rocky Mountain National Park. It was easy to run into Estes when we wanted to walk around or to get groceries. The house was beautiful and well equipped. We had 7 total and had plenty of space.

Beautiful property conveniently located to Estes Park. The house is gorgeous and nicely and comfortably furnished. Lots of space for multiple generations to spread out and be comfortable. The kitchen was spacious and we were able to cook our Thanksgiving dinner in it.
I love how it was already decorated for Christmas, including colorful outdoor lights. Definitely a place to come back to!

This was our second year to stay at this house! This time a reunion of college girlfriends. Mary Ann the owner was terrific in the entire process. We had a few questions and she responded quickly. Great linens, two sets of washing machines, kitchen well appointed, nice leather sofas, great views from hot tub, fabulous large table outside on the deck and very close to many hiking trails, including RMNP. It all made for a memorable 4 days. Thank you. Highly recommend.

This is the second time we've stayed in this beautiful Mountain home. WE absolutely love it! It was perfect for our family of 5 (3 adults sons) with plenty of room to relax in the upstairs living room or the downstairs family room and hang out after a days hike, enjoy the hot tub and the views of the mountain are just superb. The house is well stocked with everything you could need for your stay - from the fully stocked kitchen to soaps and shampoos in the bathrooms, games to play and laundry detergent in the laundry rooms. (Yes, two washers and dryers). The hosts, Maryann and Mike are a pleasure to work with and very communicative. the beds are very comfortable too! Everything was immaculate as well.
The house is situated close to the Park and to town as well, but it is far enough away and tucked into the mountain so you feel like you have complete privacy. We just love this home in every way and hope to be back again soon!

I wish I could give this review more than 5 stars for each category because it was perfect. My husband and I rented this beautiful home in Estes Park for a week and we had a wonderful time. The location is perfect for easy access to downtown Estes Park and all entrances to RMNP. It has views galore and plenty of privacy. Mary Ann was incredibly responsive and friendly, making it feel like we were staying in a good friend’s cabin for a week. I highly recommend this property if you are heard to Estes Park.

Our family of 7 adults had a wonderful vacation. The home was furnished with high end furniture and decor. It was clean and well maintained. It is in a convenient location being close to downtown Estes and the Rocky Mountain National Park. We loved seeing all the wildlife surrounding the property: a doe and her 2 fawns, chipmunks, and a bunny. We also saw elk hanging out near the bottom of the hill. The house was well stocked with paper products, condiments, many spices, soap, and shampoo. The owners have thought of everything to make your vacation stress free. Highly recommend!

This home was located in a nice quiet part of Estes and had wonderful views. The home had everything we needed, was clean, and we had great communication with the owners. We visited in the summer but it looked like it would be an beautiful winter getaway as well. We would definitely stay here again!

My family of 5 stayed here while visiting RMNP. The location was excellent. It was a short 10 minute drive to the entrance of the park. Restaurants and supermarkets were also a short drive away. Even though the house was in a neighborhood, it felt very private. It was nice not to have other houses on top of each other. We enjoyed hanging out on the deck looking up at the beautiful starlit sky without a lot of light pollution.
Venner Ranch Estates was the perfect house for our family vacation. The kitchen was nicely equipped. In addition to the living room area, there was a den/game room on another floor. This was a great space for my college aged kids to hang out. The hot tub was a nice feature, especially after a long day hiking.
The owners were very nice and provided a lot of useful information before we arrived. I would recommend this property.

Mountain getaway
We really enjoyed our visit at this beautiful property! The kitchen is well equipped and we were able to cook gourmet meals throughout our stay. The views from the deck are spectacular. I loved watching the elk and their baby's come down at night and feed in the grass. This is truly a great home away from home!

Perfect Vacation
Everything about this home was great. Communication with the owners, easy check in, well stocked kitchen for cooking and all the comforts of getting away from everything for a week. Our kids enjoyed the swing and hammock on the back side of the house. Evenings in the hot tub, sitting on the deck, relaxing in the great room with the windows open....I could go on and on. Definitely a great vacation!

Stop your search and book this place! It is absolutely amazing!!! I love that it was secluded and tucked into the mountain, but still very close to anywhere we wanted to go. The views are unbelievable! The hot tub was a big hit. The place is very nicely furnished/decorated with everything you could possibly need and then some. The beds were very comfy as well. You can tell this is somebody’s cherished home. We were traveling with our one year old and they had everything we needed for her.. pack n play, mattress, and even a high chair. So nice! As a family of 5 we had more than enough room. It easily would have slept 2 small families. We’ll bring friends next time we come back ;) We loved opening the windows in the evening and soaking in those views. We saw deer every morning. It is such a special place and I am so glad we found it! I would highly recommend.. it’s truly stunning. A big thank you to the owners (who were very responsive) for sharing their little piece of heaven! We hope to come back again!

The Perfect Pick
This house was PERFECT! Not only is it in a great location, it was easy to check in and out, and the owners were very responsive. The home was beautiful with wood furniture that looked like art, a hot tub, and multiple washing machines. They even decorated the whole house for Christmas!! We appreciate all the special touches and will definitely visit again.
