My family of eight ranging in age from 2 - 50s thoroughly enoyed our stay at Corona Adobe! What a wonderful experience our family will remember forever with our first of what we hope are many more trips to the lovely historical town of Puerto Vallarta. The house is lovely, the chef kitchen amazing, and we made an early stop to Costco and La Comer for the times when we wanted to whip up a quick family meal. Hats off to Tomas and the fabuloso Fabi for making our stay so enjoyable! For those of an age or condition that may find the uphill treks challenging, there are so many taxis at the bottom of the hill who will carry you up for a very small cost - save your legs as required. It’s a true neighborhood with all the sounds of summer - kids playing outdoors and music playing until late nights - and my grandkids reveled in the merry surroundings and fell sound asleep every night. As a family of five adults the house was perfect! Plenty of space, comfy beds, close to many neighborhood restaurants and the Malecon. Only drawback if any was that on a few nights the neighborhood was noisy… bring earplugs and close the windows tightly. Enjoy the rooftop deck for the sunsets & whale watching… spectacular!! Tomas the house manager was very helpful with any arrangements we needed & Fabi the housekeeper/cook kept us clean & happy. Wonderful experience thanks to them. Thank you.

The property is unbelievably wonderful. Perfect short distance to downtown restaurants/beach. Views are second to none. Service was fantastic. Owners were very responsive and helpful and Tomas and Fabi were tremendous. Couldn’t have asked for more and look forward to hopefully coming back to Corona Adobe!

From the moment we got off our flight. Karen’s crew made sure we were treated first class all the way. Transportation provided by Tomas to and from airport. Also he had helped us with all excursions and restaurant reservations that we needed. We were a group of eight some staying and going t different times. He made this effortless for all of our crew. Even arranging covid testing for some of our guests. Upon arrival to the house a masseuse was waiting for us for roof top relaxation! Faby was a wonderful chef! She made a wonderful fajita dinner and oh that guacamole and pico...... The house itself is wonderful for a couples or a family with children. Plenty of room for all to hang out eat and just relax and read a book. The pool area is separate from the rooftop two great places to feel the cool ocean breeze.The views are beautiful from the home! This was my 60th bday and what a wonderful time we had. Thank you Karen!

This is a beautiful four story property with an interior courtyard and views of Banderas Bay and downtown Puerto Vallarta. We love this part of town. It’s among the old cobblestone streets in a neighborhood populated by locals and expats. Fabi cooks a wonderful Mexican breakfast with chilaquiles and eggs scrambled with chorizo. Check in was easy with Tomas.

Our family of 7 ages 17 to 88 had a great time together laughing, gazing at the Pacific and mostly lounging around Corona Adobe enjoying the space. We liked also being able to drift off to some corner of the house to take a nap or read on comfortable air conditioned rooms or up on the day beds on the terrace. We all love to cook the kitchen is fully stocked with spices oils vinegar's and most everything you need is in the pantry or waiting in the fridge plus the market is 10 min walk down the hill. The location is three blocks to the beach and 5 min walk the central market and the best part of PV the historic romantic zone. We have done the big resort thing and this was so much more enriching for our our young adults who felt safe in the neighborhood and could shop dine swim and explore on their own. My elderly father absolutely loved reading the day away and having cocktails at sunset. He did ask that a hand rail be installed on the outside bottom stair well would have been comforting at his age. I felt the same after 3 drinks myself. Another kind request would be a couple of small beach umbrellas would be welcome shade for the fairer skinned guests....the beach is so nice just down the hill. Compliments to the housekeeper who was very sweet helpful and put our mess away each day leaving a clean fresh house to come back to. Tomas the house manager and concierge is knowledgeable practical helpful and fun to be around to boot. Thanks for everything Tomas the girls dad and I really enjoyed spending time with you during a stressful period with the pandemic rolling out across the world. Hope to you see you again some day.

Casa Corona Adobe was amazing. Old world charm, perfect location, and the most amazing views in Puerto Vallarta. Tomas made our stay hassle free including providing transportation from the airport, complementary foot massage, fresh guacamole, and margaritas. Thank you again for making our stay priceless. This villa was everything we could ask for and more. There was plenty of space, amazing rooftop views, and so many activities to choose from to do at the house. Tomas was a fantastic help and always responded to my questions before the trip in a timely fashion. He coordinated our transportation and made sure we all had a good time. The logistics were simple and he made sure he took care of us every day. One thing I do want to mention for future renters is that two of the beds are not inside rooms, so if you sleep there be ready with bug spray. Other than that, no complaints whatsoever. I 100% recommend this place to any family or group of friends looking for a great time in PV! Thank you once again Karen and Tomas you guys are amazing!

Amazing views, great location, will stay again!!

Our family of 6 stayed at Casa Adobe for one week in July. The house is super clean and the location was perfect. There are a couple of neighborhood stores just a half a block away and also some amazing restaurants and the malecon are within walking distance. We used the swimming pool daily. The house is so big and there are so many areas to hang out in. The views are incredible. The bedrooms have AC which came in very handy on the hot, humid days. Fabi, the housekeeper does an excellent job of cleaning the house and making sure everything is just right. We had her cook an enchilada dinner for us one night and it was authentic and delicious. We arranged for Tomas, the house manager to pick us up at the airport. He picked us up and drove us to the house and showed us around. We were greeted with homemade guacamole, salsa, chips, water, cold beer and a mini massage. He even arranged a couple tours for us. He was very timely and professional. We had the best vacation and we cant wait to go back.

Our family stayed at Corona Adobe for Spring Break 3/23-3/30. Booking the home was a piece of cake. Karen was easy to work with and very helpful and responsive. Tomas the house manager picked us up at the airport. He is so professional and courteous. He helped us schedule excursions, recommended restaurants, took us to Costco, cooked us a yummy Carne Asada dinner on the beautiful top floor of the home that has amazing views of the city and the ocean and he did so much more! Fabi the house cleaner came everyday and deep cleaned! This a big house and she just worked her tail off to keep the house clean and fresh for us. This was a real treat! The house is just gorgeous! Karen did not miss a thing. It is spread out so everyone has space and it’s decorated just perfect. The pool... oh the pool! It’s just perfect! We enjoyed getting in the pool with a cold beer and overlooking the amazing city and ocean. Everything was fabulous! I love the neighbors and the kiddos playing in the neighborhood. This was by far the best experience and would highly recommend anyone to stay here with families or not. Super safe area. We cannot wait to go back! The house is more beautiful in person than in the pictures! It was perfect for our large group (it slept 10 of us very comfortably), and we were able to walk everywhere. Would highly recommend getting a home cooked meal from Fabi!

This large property is conveniently located within walking distance to the Malecon, Romantic Zone, and all the other delightful areas of downtown PV. We have stayed close to Corona Adobe several times, and this is the nicest place we have rented so far. The house was very clean. The kitchen was very well-stocked with dishes and appliances. There were always extra pool towels and linens for the bedrooms available. The staff was friendly and responsive to our family's needs. When a few of our children didn't feel comfortable sleeping in the bedrooms two floors away from us, we made beds for them on the sofas, and the maid graciously kept them tidy during our stay. The pool area and upper deck were incredible places to spend the hours - each with different view. One evening we had friends over and the house easily absorbed the extra people - I would love to entertain a dinner party here! We had to make a change to the duration of our stay, and Karen was easy to work with. We will definitely consider this house again for our next trip to PV.

We had a great stay at Casa Corona. The house is spacious and well suited for three couples. Highly recommend a home cooked meal by Fabi!

Our group had the privilege of staying at Corona Adobe in July 2017. We knew our stay would be amazing the minute we walked into the house. The house is within walking distance of the Malecon which has shops and restaurants. The home was very spacious for our group. The house was well stocked with everyday items that are often not included in vacation rental. The pool was the highlight of our trip. Our kids absolutely loved it and spent most of their time in it. We also used the 4th floor observation desk to enjoy the daily breezes, watch the sunsets and nightly pirate ship fireworks. We had the opportunity of having Fabi the housekeeper cook for us while we visited. Her cooking was by far the best food we ate while we were there. She was so sweet and accommodating. We also arranged to have Thomas the house manager take us to and from the airport. He was very helpful and checked in on us regularly to make sure all our needs were met. Finally, the owner Karen was wonderful to work with. Very easy and was fast at communication. I would love to return again in the future.

Our family of 6 enjoyed our Puerto Vallarta’s visit and stayed at the beautiful Corona Adobe in El Centro and we absolutely loved our home away from home and we are thankful our daughter found it for us. This beautiful 4 story home was perfect in every way for all of us, our nine year olds loved the freedom of enjoying themselves and having fun as children do, and there was plenty of room for them to spread their wings. We enjoyed the fully equipped kitchen, which we used mainly for breakfast, but we so wanted to use the pizza oven but did so many other things didn’t get a chance. This home was not only located in the charming old town area it is within walking distance from anything you may need or want and there was privacy for all of us. My husband & I stayed on the first floor, which had all the amenities we needed and the boys stayed in the other bedroom near the fish pond on the same floor and they had their own amenities as well. Our daughter & husband stayed in the master room two floors up which is on the same floor of the infinity pool. We all enjoyed the swimming pool, and the hammock on that same floor but if you want to BBQ and have a view of all points, it is the 4th floor, if you want to enjoy outdoor sleeping...yes there is a comfortable sheltered bed up there! The neighborhood even provided us with a lovely lady who makes quesadillas and tacos in a cart in front of her own home every night we were there, a place where she was born. We enjoyed being in an authentic Mexican town. We would certainly return, it was a memorable stay. Thank you Karen, all the information you provided was so very helpful and Fabi, the housekeeper was delightful.

Our stay at Corona Adobe was fantastic! The location is awesome and close to everything. El Malecon and the beach are just a few minutes away walking distance as well as many restaurants and a little taco stand with subset authentic tacos! The local corner market is just around the corner and the people in the neighborhood are warm and inviting! Corona Adobe is by far one of the best places I have ever stayed in. I was a little anxious as this was the first time staying somewhere other than a local resort. All my anxiety and nerves were put at ease when I walked into this stunning home! The pictures do not do Corona Adobe justice. The owners Karen and Fred are wonderful to work with. They are prompt to answer any question or concern you may have. I will definitely be staying here again!

what can I say? Beautiful central location, a couple of blocks from the Malicon and in easy walking distance from the beach and the Romantic Zone. Gorgeous property, beautifully furnished and decorated. Spectacular view of the city and the bay. Stayed there with my brother and our 4 teenager kids, obviously hard to please, and everybody loved it. Weeks later the kids were still vexing over it on social media. This place made me a hero, albeit for a short time, to a bunch of teenagers. If that is not a success I do not know what is :)

We LOVED this house!!! 9 of us stayed for pre-wedding bridal party festivities and I can't say enough good things about this home. It was in the middle of everything and just a few blocks from Malecon for good food and bars. The home itself is pretty amazing...from the master bedroom to the infinity pool to the deck that overlooks the ocean. The home has three bedrooms, two on the first level and the master on the third with direct access to the pool. We put one couple in the smaller room with a double bed, and the 3 groomsmen in the king bedroom. The two teenagers slept on the living room couches on the second floor (no AC), and the bride and groom slept in the master. The living room couches weren't even warm because the house is half outdoor, so they got a lot of natural breeze. The master bedroom is the same, and we didn't turn the AC once all three nights. The reason we went with this property over another for the same price (and one extra bedroom) was the pool and deck. We BBQed on the deck and had a family style dinner while watching the sunset. We used the pool all day and night and it overlooked the city. This property is even better in person...the pics are awesome but they don't do the place justice. Thanks Karen for sharing your home!!!!
