We had an amazing time. The property was well kept.

This two bedroom at Las Palomas is great for two couples sharing space. Both bedrooms have king beds and adjacent bathroom access. The kitchen was well stocked, the furniture was comfy and accommodating, and Kevin, the owner, communicated well and answered questions before arrival.

This was our second time staying at Las Palomas and our first at phase I. Many people complain about checking in but if you do your pre-checkin it goes by smoothly. Kevin, the owner, was great to work with and the property is always kept clean. We had no issues whatsoever.

This place is modern and has everything you need for your stay. We even had maid service every day, which I hadn't expected. I would definitely stay here again if I decide to make the 7.5 hour trek.

Nice and clean

This location is awesome on the property. High enough for minimal noise and beautiful full view of the ocean. The room is nicely furnished and kitchen was fully stocked. There was some confusion with our booking but unsure if it was owner or property issue. Should have asked better questions at check in. Highly recommend this property for a nice stay on the Las Palomas property.

We had a great time and the condo was clean, well stocked with all the glasses and plates you would need. Beautiful sunsets from the patio!

Ive stayed at the Tierney's condo a few times and have been very happy every time. I have booked next year and have the confidence to tell my friends to go too. Thank you Kevin for taking good care of us!

Loved the ocean view, enjoyed to beach and lazy river pool, tasted some great food at Citron and felt very comfortable in the room. We hope to come back next year!

We come to Las Palomas few times per year, and this was one of our favorite condos. The condo was very clean, tidy and modern, had everything we needed to feel at home. Beds were very comfortable and there are spacious closets with hangers, extra blankets and pillows. Well supplied kitchen made our meals more enjoyable. Condo had everything that we needed. Booking and renting was so easy and accurate, Kevin's response was quick, and he was very pleasant and respectful. The view from patio was gorgeous. We enjoyed our morning coffee in the shade and afternoons watching beautiful sunsets from the patio. Resort has lots of great amenities such as fresh beach towels every morning, 24 hrs customer service, restaurant with room service (you can order from both, phase 1 and phase 2), convenient grocery store, spacious pool with a bar, kid pool and our favorite lazy river that you can relax and fall asleep. Pool area has umbrellas, and on the beach, you can enjoy their cabanas. Overall, it was a great experience! Planning to come back soon.

This property exceeded our expectations!!!! From the second we opened the door the first thing you see is the Ocean. When we arrived to the property and we open the door and saw the Ocean..... priceless. Our exhaustion from traveling faded right away. This property is TRULY Ocean view, being on the 7th floor is just perfect since you are able to see the whole resort from the balcony and enjoy the gorgeous views. The condo had everything stated on the description and much more. Kevin's response time was exceptional , every question we had was answered right away. He really thought of everything , we felt like our home was magically transported to the Beach. This was our first time renting a property instead of staying in 5 stars hotels in Cancun, and I can honestly say ... we are converted. We will defintly be coming back and staying at his property We truly considered staying another night since my family was not ready to leave, it was a truly amazing experience.

This property is a must! Super clean with the most beautiful view. My whole family and I slept very comfortable. We had an amazing time. The condo is well equipped. My only feedback is we needed a larger cooking pan to cook and we only saw smaller pans. However, we made it work! Thank you Kevin for a wonderful stay!

My family and I have already stayed in Kevin's condo 3 times and counting! Very easy communication and never have to worry about anything. The condo is always immaculate and has the best view and patio. We love sitting out there with our morning coffee and at night watching the sun set! Everything obout it is amazing.

We were a little concerned about the travel warnings, but the owner was very quick to respond to any questions we had about the trip. The condo was well kept and very clean and the views were beautiful!!

I came with my husband and parents. The check in process was easy. We set up the bar tab to our bracelet so we didn't have to carry cash at the resort. The condo was well stocked with towels, basic spices, paper towles and cooking utensils. We stocked up at the Super Ley close to the resort and made our own tacos with fresh seafood. The condo.owner sent an email about a week before we checked in telling us about wifi and property amenities. Great condo on the beach, we recommend staying here.

Everything was perfect and exactly as stated in the property listing. Easy check in/out. Very clean property. Owner was very quick to respond and very helpful. Would definitely stay here again

The room itself was cool but when we got to front desk there was a surprise deposit we didn’t know we had to put down. Should warn others on the listing about that.

All facets went well. Still pinching ourselves. Anticipated some bumps, but none ever occurred.

We have been to Mexico only a few times, in Cancun, Cabo and now Peurto Penasco. We will come back here next time. We loved the beach view right from our room. Also enjoyed having a full kitchen, large rooms and used the gym onsite everyday. The beach was seconds away and we visited the downtown area as it was very close by. Had a blast at Wrecked at the Reef. Just had everything we wanted, overall a very fun and relaxing property.

Been to las Paloma’s multiple times and it’s yet to disappoint. Place was nice and clean, room service was excellent!
