For a really nice house in the heart of historical Beauport

the house is exactly what is in the picture, it’s great and the kids enjoyed it.

The house is beautiful and it's very well equipped. I do recommend it. It is also very clean. The location is great it's only 10 minutes from old Quebec. The only drawback I can see is the beds are double which are a little small and there should be a ramp going downstairs to the bedrooms in the basement. I highly recommend this place to other people.

There are 5 of us altogether. Home was very cozy feeling and spacious at the same time. Thoughtful host decorated home with Christmas tree to make our trip feel festive. Check in was contactless. The kitchen had everything we need and well stocked with items needed to prepare meals. Our stay was very comfortable and welcoming. Thank you for making our stay special.

Beautiful time in three areas of Quebec Mont Tremblant, La Malbaie, and Quebec City

It was awesome ! Clean and we liked it that within the historical building structure, we found a modern facility. Quick and easy access to Old Québec, which was very nice. We will return for sure !

This property is amazing! Beautifully updated home where you can still see the old building with two foot thick rock walls! Beautifully done upstairs master bathroom and kitchen. We loved our stay.

The home was very nice and clean. In a good location to visit Old Quebec City. The washer and dryer were definitely a benefit. It was difficult to log into the TV. Some written instructions would be nice for future guests.

The property is so cute and quaint. We loved playing cards in the roomy dining room. We liked looking at the photo history of the building. Audrey was very accommodating and helpful. A bedroom mirror would be helpful.

This nicely renovated house--it has 3 floors--served us well for our short stay. It has one large bedroom and bathroom upstairs with lots of closet space that the two of used and two bedrooms and bath in the lowest floor (I wouldn't use the term basement because it is dry and light with windows in the rooms). There is ample parking. Access to Quebec City is easy by car and parking in the d'Youville Garage near Rue St Jean worked well. There is also the 800 bus that stops a block and 1/2 from the house. Another review mentioned a grocery, an IGA, that is on the way into the city. It was terrific and we shopped there for a few meals. My only quibble would be the lack of a dishwasher. For the two of us it was not needed, but if there are more people, it's difficult to get the dishes really clean. I had to wash somethings ahead of using them, especially flatware. Aside from that, we had a wonderful time there and enjoyed the house immensely.

I rented this house as my wedding preparation place with my bridesmaid and Family! Everybody was amazed how beautifull it was and the pictures we took were breath taking! The place was clean, the beds were comfortable, everything was perfect! It is a really Nice house for any kind of vacations and i would recommand to everybody to stay there! I would have love to stay there for more than two nights!

the house was perfect for myself and my 2 teenage kids. they each had their own rooms (boy & girl). The house is very spacious and has been renovated completely. Would recommend to anyone who wants to explore downtown Quebec City - 10 to 15 minute drive or go out to Montmorency Falls which is also 10 minutes away..

I wish every rental place was as excellent as this one. Nice location, like 10 min away from old Quebec, very spacious and clean. The owner was great, always prompt responses. If I ever will visit Quebec again it will be my only choice. Thank you Audrey for renting your place to us. Liana

An amazing and cute well appointed country home with beautiful stone walls and recently updated. It was clean and had all the utensils to prepare a wholesome breakfast. We were there for a night and all had a restful and comfy night. Audrey is really responsive and a pleasure to deal with. We would go back.

Beautiful old house in a convenient location. Plenty of space and easy to use. Could use some fans to cool it off in the evenings. Hint: book it directly on the Canada Stays website. I had to pay a fee to VRBO, then another one to Canada Stays.

Spacious completely renovated in a classic stone house . Underpriced for what you get. Short drive to Montmorency falls .We took a taxi to old QC $17.

Stayed here with my family on vacation to Quebec City. Great for group of people.
