We usually go for hikes up the mountains and then enjoy the comforts if home in the evenings. Having a full kitchen is handy. We have always brought our dogs and there are plenty of places to take them. Pennay's is walking distance to town and the river.

Cheri was kind enough to upgrade us to a one bedroom condo that had just been beautifully remodeled. The location was so close to the river you could hear it from the patio and there is a nice walking path adjacent to the property.

Very comfortable place within a short walk/ski to the River Run gondola. Decor is a little dated but very clean with a fairly well equipped kitchen and super comfortable king bed. Great dog walking on a trail almost outside the door.and Ketchum has an awesome dog park that is about a 6-7 min drive away. Walk to restaurants in Ketchum. Would definitely stay here again.

The only negative is that the kitchen supplies, glasses, cooking utensils are a bit on the low side. Probable has to do with breakage or as my wife says people staying in multiple units may move stuff from one to the other and not return it, I know a minor complaint but we could not cook any pasta since there was not collander in our unitl

If you love to ski, this is the place to stay. A very short walk to the River Run Plaza. The condo was just as advertised. Kitchen was a little lacking but the location made it great for easy access to Ketchum. Right adjacent to the Wood River Trail, it was pet friendly and worked really well for us. Would definitely stay there again.

It is a 5 min walk to the base of the gondola, and 10 min to the downtown core. The only critique I can make is of the hot tub. The water looked a little off color during my stay (greenish). The hot tub was a main reason for selecting this property so I used it almost everyday despite the off color.

Such a great location to skiing and an easy walk into downtown. Very responsive to guests. There were two of us and it was the perfect size for a week's stay.

Wonderful, warm communal feel with dog people. Outdoor Jaccuzi is added bonus after day of hiking/biking. Decor a bit dated, but I'm not there to spend time inside. Freezer can make ice cubes almost faster than u need them. LOVE this place.

Location is great. Very quiet. Super close to gondola, and river. About a half mile walk to restaurants (go to Rickshaws!). Hopefully coming back next summer!

I absolutely loved the location - close to resort and river, and only few blocks from all shops and restaurants in downtown Ketchum. The accommodations were perfect, and I especially loved the bunk beds. We could look out the sliding glass door and deck and see mountains - it was amazing. Would definitely stay again.

This was a small condo , but very well equipped. The location was wonderful, and the views of the mountains were spectacular. Our dog loved walking in the snow and all the paths nearby.The only criticism we would have is to have better pillows for the bed. Small criticism for an otherwise great place to stay.

We loved our visit to Sun Valley and also our stay at Pennay's. The condo had everything we needed. It was very comfortable and so close to the ski runs. We really enjoyed the snowmobile shuttle at the end of the day!! We will be back!

Location couldn't be better. Just a short walk through the woods to the base. On weekend afternoons they run a little sled back and forth which is a nice luxury after a full day's skiing. Staff was very responsive and helpful.
