Pool and hot tub were filthy. There was poop floating in it for two days. My friend informed the guy at the front desk and was told it's not his concern. Room and breakfast were fantastic but would have liked to have enjoyed the pool at least once in 4 days....

It would have been nice to have something available besides fruit, scrambled eggs and sausage for people who are gluten intolerant. At least Cheerios.

Good facilities, a fresh look, and a nice value-for-money ratio. A suitable starting point for the trip to the Rocky Mountains Park.

The room was not cleaned properly before our arrival. The sofa was covered with dog hair (probably a previous guest stayed with a pet).

Location, cleanliness.

What I didn’t like was when we had to leave a day early due to a blizzard coming in and we had to travel 10 hours home so they refused to give us a refund, after I had prepaid for 2 nights. It was either we stay there or get home safely. I felt like they should have been more understanding and refunded us for the second night but when Expedia contacted them, they refused.

Room was dirty. Bed, blanket, and pillows all smelled like cigarette smoke. Bathroom was dirty. Toilet paper on floor, tooth paste splatters on door. Only had body wash. No shampoo or conditioner. There was dog food pieces by the refrigerator. I tried calling to the front desk three separate times with no answer.

Very modern and comfortable.

Had to move the couch out from the wall and there was alot of trash under and behind it.

I stood her for a week in a suit with my kids and we didn’t wanna go home ! housekeeping doesn’t bother you unless you request service the staff is so nice and welcoming !! clean so cozy !!! the price is perfect !! I’ve paid more $$ for a darn room! compares to a suit with everything !!!! I love the separate bedroom !! the pool and. jacuzzi were clean the week I was there they drained and filled them up 2-3 times !!

Excellent stay! Room was clean and very comfortable! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good as well. Lots of great food options nearby. Highly recommend this hotel if you’re in the area!

This was my first stay in a hotel room with a working stove top, and they provided some plates bolws and cookware. Really close to a Walmart, target, scheels, and Burlington. Several restaurants near by. Off the highway just enough to not be hard to get in and out of.

Maybe the fitness center could be bigger

I had the suite, it was nice and roomy. The dishwasher was a nice surprise.The ac worked great. Cleaning was great about giving clean towels when asked. The bed was very comfortable.

I'm not so sure the room was cleaned as well as it should have been. Found a red towel on the floor in the closet. The bedroom remote was on the floor under the ottoman. Took 3 requests to get the maintained man in to bring the roko remote so i could watch tv in the bedroom. The lamp in the frontroom was broke. Maintance screwed it back in but the light part was still loose. The smoke dector in the front room was missing the battery. The only way I knew the battery was missing was the cover was open. Maint corrected that pretty quickly. I needed a fax sent to my bank releasing the hold since I put the room on a credit card after the authorization. The bank never got the fax. I'm not sure what happened there. It was supposedly sent twice. My bank is a small bank so I was talking to the lady who does the faxes. I finally gave up and just let the hold drop off. I was the one who made the original mistake by using the wrong card. I stayed there a year ago and my reservation was messed up. If it wasn't so close to my son, I don't know if I'd give it another chance. I don't usually say anything but I was disappointed with these issues.
