The cleanliness of this hotel is not good! The bathroom was dirty and there was food splatters on the wall by the bed and other places around the room. There has been very little quality control.

The shower was stained, the Kleenex box was broken, and so was the toiletpaper holder.

Paneling was coming off the bathroom door. No hot water on the 3rd floor. Place could use some sprucing up.

The staff was really nice and the price was right

The bathroom sink was dirty and I had to wipe it down. The shower curtain was too short so the water got on the tile floor and you had to be extremely careful not to fall and the carpet in the main room had a big rip in it.

There was four fluffy brand new smelling pillows on my bed. The staff was so accommodating as I hurt my leg and was on a cane. My room had a nice fragrance when I came in. They put me on the first floor I was handicap my bathroom was impeccably cleaned. The heater worked wonderfully and was nice and warm. The TV had several channels I couldn't hear anything from the other rooms. This room was wonderful the price was incredibly low and you're not going to find anything like this for this price in Denver it was safe I could have walked next door to the Arby's on my cane and I would have been safe. Good location if you're going to stop in love and stop here you're not going to get anything for the value at this price anywhere in the next 20 miles of the radius of this area for this value. I travel all the time I know.

There was only one minor thing that I could say about my trip and that was my USB charger inside the lamp in my room did not work which was a major inconvenience because I couldn't charge my cell phone and it was dead. Besides that I have no complaints this was the most perfect room I have had in a year the price was incredible the staff was more than perfect. The breakfast was wonderful the bed was better than mine at home and mine is brand new. The room was cleaner than my own home. The sheets and towels must have been brand new.

That it was close to where I needed to be

The walls needed painting.. wires hanging out of the ceiling.. curtains falling off the rods, torn and aged hole in drapes not clean!

Convenient location

Staff - albeit somewhat friendly - seemed to be more interested in entertaining friends and joking around than tending to business. No problems with staff, just very unprofessional.

The workers were awesome! And it made it very comfortable to be there.

Location was not bad but the problem is I know that there's a lot of homeless people in that area so you have to be careful. So I was always careful not to talk to too many people. But that can happen anywhere.

Family oriented hotel! I felt as if they were all family and took me and my son in under their wing!!

filthy, floors , bathroom was disgusting like they didn’t even clean the toilet!! pee all around the bottom of toilet and all around just not clean! bed sheets were stained.. and the place is very ran down definitely needs to modernize and maybe get a rid of the riff raff that was hanging around both inside and out! will not go there again!!!
