Overall our stay was nice, the property management was quick to fix the screen when we needed.
An outdoor coffee table would be a nice addition for future stays for guests and maybe more outdoor furniture to the backyard for seating to accommodate guests especially to enjoy the hotter summer nights.

The house was everything we wanted and we very much enjoyed it. Only minor detail that got noticed was the kitchen needs to have a new 4 slice toaster. Currently there is only an old 2 slice toaster. We had 8 people, lots of waiting on the toaster. Plenty of space for everyone and a great set up between the living room, kitchen and dinner table. We spent lots of our time gathered together in that very spacey area. Would definitely stay there again.

The location was fantastic!. The home was very clean with no dog odors even though it is pet friendly. The hot tub didn't get as hot as we would like it but it was fine. Everything else was pretty good. The master bedroom was pretty cold, so I am not sure why the central heat didn't seem to work in there but there were plenty of blankets to keep us cozy. The upstairs shower was difficult to control the water temp and i think needs to be repaired because you can't really completely shut it off.

I rented this property as a surprise for my husbands 50th Birthday and was actually able to get all 3 of our daughters, 3 Son-in-laws and 2 grandchildren there which is a task in itself. Spent a few days at a wonderful Tahoe home with spacious rooms and very well equipped kitchen. Very comfortable king bed in master with adjoining bath with double-headed shower. Upstairs family room had plenty of space for several people to hang out, large capacity table and extra bar stools too. New oven and large refrigeration. Upstairs deck with comfortable couch seating and BBQ. Grandkids enjoyed the rock wall and games downstairs. Larger bathroom for both bedrooms to share worked out well. Garage space adequate but not large enough for pick up truck due to watercraft in the garage already. We really enjoyed the home otherwise.

The large dining table was able to accommodate our group of 9 comfortably. Activities for kids on lower level. The large, fenced rear yard worked great for the kids and dog. Backyard deck only had 1 chair so we used our camp chairs.

Nice house, great location. Shower handle in upstairs hall bathroom came off, BBQ absolutely filthy. Fire hazard! Levelors in downstairs bunk room were frozen on right window and did not operate first night. Master bathroom shower drains slowly - needs work. Landscape co was reseeding both front and back lawns and was excessively watering. Rear yard was basically a mud pit. We could not use the back yard at all because of its wet condition. We should have been told about this ahead of time. A big disappointment. Service from RnR was responsive when called. Property should be more carefully checked and serviced in between renters. Houue clean but not BBQ.

Very "cozy" home. Great location and had everything we needed. Only one suggestion: It would be great to have a baby gate that swung open at the top of the stairs. The one provided was difficult to go over due to it having to be at the top of the stairs to prevent our toddler from playing on the stairs. Other than that, it was an awesome stay!

Overall our experience at Cubby Bear was great. The home is beautifully decorated, clean and cozy. The kitchen is not stocked with basic necessities as mentioned in other comments so be sure to bring the basics: salt, pepper, coffee, olive oil etc. Plenty of kitchen appliances and utensils though!The property manager was easy to get ahold of and was quick to help when our entry code was invalid. We did lose power for 9+ hours due to a winter storm and the house only had 2 emergency flashlights so If you're traveling during the winter I'd reccomend being more preared and bringing extra lights and candles. The fireplace and stove are gas so we were able to keep the house warm!The neighbors keep to themselves, although are not as friendly as one would hope. We tried saying hello and happy new year to a few but were ignored. The neighborhood is charming and very close to heavenly village. Not ideal to walk, but a 5-10 minute drive. Ubers come to this area as well.Definitely a great home, great host and great stay. We recommend!

Very comfy house with all the amenities. There was no power for 2 days and we were stuck there but the fireplace stayed on and kept us warm and we played games by portable lantern. Cooktop is gas so we could make coffee with the house’s French press. Sadly coffee was not provided so bring your own! The snowplow came by and cleared the roads fairly early so we could get out if needed.

Overall we had a lovely stay. Location was great. Check-in & out were easy. However a few things were a miss. Hot tub was only 78 when we arrived so it was too cold to go in to until the next afternoon. A lot of the furniture was falling apart. My 6 month old found a screw on the floor. Many bolts were coming out of table and stools. Ice maker was broken (they did leave half a small bag of ice). Not nearly enough bathroom or hot tub towels for the amount of guests. Probably would stay with the rental company again but not this property.

Lots of space for multiple families and having garage access was fantastic for all of our beach gear. The upstairs space is a great place to hangout and the kitchen is well stocked Definitely gets warm upstairs so use the fans and keep the blinds closed during the day but it cools off at night. 🙂 the hot tub is a plus and the backyard with Cornhole is a win. Looking forward to staying at this property again!

The house was nice and spacious but the carpet was dirty and stained. One of the sinks had. a sign on it out of order. I think for the price, the carpet shoujd have been clean and the plumbing repaired. We were told two vehicles could fit in the driveway but because of an overgrown bush that was impossible. Otherwise it was a great week.

Great family cabin for a group!
We spent a long weekend at this cabin with 3 families, 6 adults and 5 kids aged 0-10. The cabin is set up great for groups and kids. Besides the climbing wall and hot tub (towels provided) there were also puzzles and games available. The kitchen is well stocked with pots/pans/dishes and small appliances plus seasonings. If you plan to make sandwiches etc bring your own condiments. The fridge is emptied (and sparkling clean) between each guest. Quiet residential neighborhood, perfect for a stroll around the block or to the elementary school playground down the street. Location has easy access to everything within a 5-15 minute drive. Wonderful house, clean, well laid out. Easy access to Heavenly, but away from the hustle and bustle at night. Perfect for our crew. Rental Car a necessity though since its not on a bus route and not walkable
