Beautiful ocean view condo on the beach w/ communal pool & hot tub

The instructions were easy to understand for the check in. There was ample space for 4 adults with games, kitchen items, and things for the beach. The house was well decorated to feel like home and had an AC, which helped with the warm and humid weather. The ocean view was amazing and felt so peaceful. Overall enjoyed the stay very much :)

Property was clean, well maintained and comprehensively stocked with everything needed. Also fantastic location and views of the sea and sunsets. Lots of places to eat and drink within 5 minutes walk of the flat with loads more just a short drive away.
The only downside was the fact that we weren't allowed in the sea due to high bacteria levels, but that was affecting most of SD and outside the control of the property owners.
All in all would definitely stay here again.

Property is great, owner communicates well, it’s in a great location normally … but … extensive construction works were taking place both on the road outside and on the other side of the building. So loud construction noise from 8am-5pm which really disrupted our time. The condo complex was quite empty, I wonder if other owners knew about all the construction and were staying away as what should have been a peaceful place clearly wasn’t. Advice before booking … check the construction is finished!
Otherwise all good and I’m sure we would have loved the place had it been quiet and normal. As Brits starting a California holiday and looking for a couple of days of chill time at the start, it was a little disappointing.

This is our 2nd time staying and we were not disappointed. We all had a nice comfortable stay. My teenage kids really enjoyed walking down at the beach. The beach lifeguards warned not to go in the water due to contamination so we stood out but we still enjoyed being there. Thank you

Wonderful location. Unit did not disappoint and was as advertised. My daughter left her makeup bag and the owner, without hesitation, met up with my husband a couple days later to give it to him.

The property was perfect for our needs. We were hosting several elderly family members. The one level condo and easy (though a bit of a walk) access to the elevator made their visits easy. The kitchen was well equipped. All went smoothly.

We traveled to San Diego to have Christmas with our family. This condo was perfect. The decor is up to date and the condo was clean. Check in and check out was easy and smooth.
We hope to stay here again next year.

This was our first stay at Imperial Beach. Our son and family stayed at another room on the same property. It was a great location on the beach. Unfortunately, the beach was closed but Coronado Beach was close and perfect for our grandkids. Our room was as described and met all our needs.

We stay at the Beach Club several times a year, and this is by far our favorite condo. Communication with us was great and we appreciated all the amenities that were provided. Floorplan and Interior was updated with a well stocked spacious kitchen. The last condo we rented didn't even have soap or paper towels! Look forward to staying again.

Thoroughly enjoyed property on beach and the hot tub. Also enjoyed the whole Imperial Beach atmosphere. Bonus was a VW car show on Sunday!

My husband and I really loved this property - the view, proximity to the beach, sunsets from the deck, and the calm and quiet of the complex. The condo was tastefully furnished with everything we needed. We hope to return in the future.

Condo was very nice to stay in. Price was affordable. Felt like home. Kids loved it, they will never forget it and the beach was right on site for us to spend the day. It was easy access for shopping and restaurants in walking distance. It was convenient for us to plan trips to nearby SD Zoo and Convention Center. We hope to be welcomed back next year.

I came to visit my grandson, Navy guy, and we had a great time. The location was nice with a view of the beach from the living room. The home was decorated very cute and it was very clean. It was suppled with everything we could have wanted for our stay. I highly recommend the stay. Whitney was very attentive to any questions also.

Property was great. Pool maintenance during the stay was not favorable for the timing. Stunk the beach was closed to swimming, but the Strand offers great other options. Enjoyed it!

Overall really great place to stay. The view, waterfront property, small shops, restaurants, and fishing peer were great. We spent mornings drinking coffee on the balcony which I really enjoyed. Inside the home everything was very well stocked and clean and very well decorated. We would definitely stay here again :)

We all slept great at this condo on Imperial Beach. Nice complex, pool seems nice and spacious and there are grills and a full kitchen. East drive to San Diego and steps from the beach itself.

The unit is as described in the listing. The host communicated clearly and effectively. We didn’t have any issues with anything. Easy access to the beach and within walking distance of several places to eat! Excellent spot, we hope to come back soon!

The condo itself was clean and she has thought of all of the little things that would be helpful. Coming in after midnight, the snacks were such a sweet touch. Stay here, you won’t regret it!

Had a wonderful stay with my sister. Condo was clean and well appointed with comfortable beds. Host Whitney was easy to communicate with and she also provided nice snacks and bottled water.

This is a very comfortable condo and we couldn't get enough of watching the changing ocean and the sunsets every day during our four week stay. The location is good, right on the beach, with many restaurants within walking distance, but a car trip is necessary if you want to explore San Diego outside of Imperial Beach. We didn't get to use the pool because of the cool weather, but the courtyard is very nicely landscaped.

We enjoyed our stay and were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the rental and the snacks that were provided. The beach was a few steps away and the view was just what we needed. Many of San Diego's attractions were close by.
