This unit was great! Perfect for festival season or just wanting to getaway. It is very close to the main pool and restaurant. The room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Would stay here again.

We stayed Thursday through Sunday for the DIHS in Thermal. Great location and the property was beautiful. Everything we needed was provided. Coffee too! Definitely will stay here again!

The property was in a very scenic residential area and quiet and peaceful atmosphere was well appreciated. The Staff was very responsive to any house hold issues if any and definitely will stay here again. Thanks for making our stay very enjoyable.

Host provided excellent driving directions and was easily contacted to answer my questions for my stay.
Had a glitch with keyed entry but host was easily reached and situation fixed quickly. Grounds were well maintained adequately lit and quiet for a gated community that seems to have several rentals companies. Close to shopping and restaurants. Enjoyed my stay!

This nicely appointed studio was just right for the two of us. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the patio with its lovely mountain views and occasional roadrunner sightings. The pools were fantastic.

great getaway spot
We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The condo is very conveniently located and the view from the patio is wonderful. La Quinta resort is within easy walking distance for restaurants if you want to eat out without getting in the car. Just remember to pack ear plugs because the a/c and fridge are noisy. Most importantly, our dog loved it. We will definitely be back.

This vacation rental was perfect for our BNP Tennis get-away! Beautiful property, close to the venue, great clubhouse restaurant with delicious breakfasts!

Perfect place for 2
Legacy villas is a beautiful property and, we believe, this condo has the best location on the property. Close to the main pool, exercise room, breakfast on weekends, etc. All the staff were extremely friendly. The condo does not have a full size kitchen but we enjoy going out for most meals. Old town LaQuinta is 5 minutes away! Microwave worked great for left overs. Overall it was a perfect 2 week get away.

The patio was perfect, with privacy and a wonderful natural view. Out favorite part of the morning was breakfast on the patio with the Roadrunners who visited. The actual studio was perfect size. Loved the large tub, and all the appliances available. It felt safe, and very relaxing.
The negatives were, the iron was broken, and a few of the towels were stained. The cleanliness could be better. Hair in the tub, dirty toilet seat, and dirty fridge.
We did however have a great stay and would recommend it for the price.

Private, Quiet, Near Main Pool
Just like the pictures. The room has French doors to your patio which is at the edge of the property and has beautiful views of the hills. We were even visited by a roadrunner while having morning coffee. And the club house with the main pool is right across the street. We’ll be back.

Well-equipped, good-sized studio. Inna was very responsive to requests. Bed was comfortable, although the pillows could be replaced. Lovely resort.

Nice studio condo.
We stayed two nights at the end of December. The check-in was easy because the property manager sent detailed information. The room was clean, tidy and a perfect size for the two of us. The patio area is lovely. Unfortunately, the weather was too cold to enjoy it. A coffee maker and ground coffee was provided. The kitchenette had a small refrigerator, microwave, cups, plates, bowls and flatware. The only issue we had was with the bed pillows. The pillows offered no support and were lumpy. But, I would recommend this rental. It was in great location and the resort had beautiful grounds and pool area. Old town La Quinta was nearby.

Simply Paradise
Sitting at any one of the idyllic pools with incredible mountain views, all my troubles drifted off into the desert. I can not wait to come back to this perfect little slice of heaven. The apartment was perfect for me and my partner. Loved being on the ground floor with the small balcony area. This place made for a truly unforgettable weekend experience. 5 stars!

When we stay in La Quinta we love to stay at the Legacy. Hotel like pools, great location, beautiful grounds.

Warm and inviting atmosphere, a surplus of toiletries, comfortable beds and a luxurious tub. Landscaping are colorful and well maintained. We loved the mountain view which was in close proximity. The community was very safe and very clean. Wildlife creatures hopping and chirping around.
