Property was exceptionally clean, attention to detail was excellent with tea/coffee facilities and biscuits and there was an iron and small ironing board. Beautiful room and all very functional.

Nothing to dislike.

It was a perfect place, amazingly maintained, holding so much history and value, a place we would come back to! The host is extremely nice and helpful and she provided everything we needed. Thank you!

All was perfect

Fabulous house right in the centre of Palaia, a very short walk from the bus stop (where we arrived), a minute walk from the fabulous Peggio Palaia pub/restaurant, and walking distance to the gelataria for coffee croissant breakfasts, and all the fantastic restaurants about the village. The rooms (kitchen and lounge / bedroom and bathroom) straddling the stairwell are big, are at the top of the house, quiet and cool. Though do expect a pleasant church bell wake up - not too early. Our host Elena made us very welcome. There were no issues whatsoever and we had a fantastic few days in Palaia. Great walks about and the food is fantastic. We hope to come back! Can’t recommend highly enough. We loved it.

The host was amazing and very helpful. We stayed here for two nights after our wedding and she even wrote us a personal card and got us a small gift. Perfect locations, but still very quite, and perfectly appointed room.

The rooms were so beautiful! The airco was there! The mother of Irma helped us with check in! She was lovely too! The town is really nice too! Highly recommended

The house is Mauro’s former family house. The rooms are large and very new. The place is in the center of town and near all the restaurants. There are also several parking places near by. If you are ever around Palaia could not recommend a better place to stay! They were also very flexible with our arrival times.
