Guarantee retained/room double the price of one night. Only cash (reimbursed at check out). Very chaotic area / irrational building, narrow & broken streets to access the location by car. No possibility to issue a business invoice.

Worst place i have ever visited, its clean and quiet yes , but people working there are very strange talking to people in very eloquently terribly, they was want to charge me extra when checking in just €400 per day only 😂 i asked why thy said because you booked and paid room already rented to someone else and we will give you more lux room just simply ridiculous , before all there are problem when arrive to Arkadia as the apartments are in place behind Gegarina hotel the ladies was speaking in phone not know English at all and simply she wasn’t want give me the right address simply to get rid of me because they rent me room . However, to get the cleaner you have to asked them several times as long as you not know Russian language very well be carful they are working as joke , be carful they won’t tell you anything about the mini bar until you check out they will start calculating and you will get shocked ohhh that not yours that there and they will asked you what do you eat and drink during your staying, i said I can’t remember, the lady started to be angry how (kak) you don’t remember what you eat last week , so they don’t have list of what thy got . Honey long story short they work as Scammers , no welcomes no smiles, don’t expect more then you see angry people not know English working in the reception

Only the cleanness in the rooms.

We booked this hotel with the thoughts that if is a small hotel, with not so many rooms, most probably the staff would pay attention and be interested in service for each guest. Unfortunately it was completely opposite. Starting from the check in time. Due to its confused location, wasn't able to be found by Google maps, as the hotel is located in a living complex with gates and no visible plate number. Staff is not interested in assisting the guest even when the discomfort is created by them. The room #11 given to us is located right next to reception, all the noises from ringing of phones, guest at the reception, the lady cleaning the floors hitting with the vacuum on the doors was totally unacceptable. At the request of changing the room due to all discomfort, they asked us to pay extra if we want different room. So feeling that they treat guest by their passport color, aside of the fact that for parking they asked us to pay 200 grivni for one night (when few moths ago our friends stayed there and paid only 100 grivni),when we asked for Invoice especially for parking knowing that there is some "business" going on - they gave us Pro-forma request, most probably thinking that we some dump people and won't know the difference. Personally, we won't recommend this hotel again to anyone, especially because of the staff attitude. Better service you can get in a lower level hotel like Okay Odessa that here.
