Hosts were brilliant , it was spotlessly clean, nothing too much trouble, lovely food, evening meal was fair price and breakfast was outstanding will definitely be back

The room was somewhat dated but definitely did not detract from our enjoyment

Included breakfast was very good. Lunch and evening meals were superb, ate there 4 out of 5 nights. Location was amazing, quiet with lovely views over the river. Staff were all polite and helpful especially as my wife had a migraine for a couple of days. Great location for exploring Pembrokeshire

Mattress was maybe a bit on the soft side to what I'm used to.

Lovely place warm welcome. Lovely food and very friendly staff would recommend the ferry house inn and hopefully will return one day. You have a lovely view of the Milford haven estuary. Also you can see the Irish ferry coming into Pembrokeshire docks.

Completely dated hotel with broken furniture, worn flooring, musty smell in the corridors, etc. The rooms weren't very clean and in both rooms we had booked the shower didn't work properly (or didn't work at all). There was quite some noise till 1h00 AM (inadequate soundproofing) and it wasn't even weekend (Monday evening)

We liked the fact that the Inn is on the water. Plenty of parking in a quiet location. The most friendliest staff we have ever come across. Steve even gave us a lift to the Marina and his wife lent us an umbrella! The room had everything we needed with tea coffee hot chocolate and scrummy biscuits. The beds were comfortable and we had a good working shower. If we were to return to the area we would definitely want to stay there again. It is also a good base to travel to other areas. Also Dog friendly as dog lovers thus suited us too

Friendly staff, good selection at breakfast. Pub food in the evening turned out really nice. The room was okay for three people. The place is a good base for excursions around Pembrokeshire.

Slightly hidden location next to an industrial zone and the docks.

Nestled half way between Tenby & St Davids, with fabulous views over the Pembroke estuary from the restaurant which served good value and delicious meals. Warm friendly welcome from James. Lovely personal touches in our room including well stocked hospitality tray. The facilities have all been updated during the pandemic We were only staying one night but would have happily stayed a weekend.

Be aware while it's worth the drive ot's off the beaten track. It's an Inn so at weekends if you want an early night you may experience some noise.

A fabulous gem of a hotel in an amazing location. The decor was wonderful and clean, airy and bright. Staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. Everything was 1st class.

A bit tiny room if occupied by four. Complicated access to get to the room with a luggage, but OK to walk to the hotel restaurant/bar.

Great location right on the water. Staff all great and happy to help with local information and any queries. Didn't venture far in the evening as the food was great and no need to drive. Would recommend to all who want a perfect base to explore Pembrokeshire

Fabulous friendly team that couldn’t do enough for us - Shout out to James who certainly knew what customer satisfaction meant.

Unfortunately we weren’t able to be accommodated for a later checkout but we world it out.

Staff were really friendly and helpful. Rooms really comfortable. Restaurant and breakfast areas have beautiful views over the sea. Made us a packed lunch for our trip to Skomer island!

Such a brilliant place to stay and such a friendly family run establishment for 37 years. We were made very welcome, our room was very comfortable with everything we needed including a lovely view. Sitting outside on the terrace in the evening was very nice and both breakfast and dinner were delicious. Location was great for exploring too.

Can't fault it really with exception that table lamps didn't work at bedside but not a major issue
