Pulizia della camera, mobilio nuovo e ben arredata, non troppo lontana dai mezzi per muoversi zona Sesto San Giovanni. Buona comunicazione con proprietario per arrivo/sistemazione.
Lavandino del bagno non scaricava bene e si riempiva subito. Colazione molto scarna per un b&b, 2 o 3 merendine confezionate e solo macchinetta del caffè presente. Stanza per colazione in realtà è il punto di passaggio tra 2 camere, senza un tavolo o sedie, da condividere solo tramite 2 sgabelli con ospiti altra camera.

The property is clean, modern, comfortable.
The location wasn’t that great, it didn’t feel very safe at night. Also you can hear the noise from the street. The host was very nice, she let us leave our luggage earlier than the check-in hour, but unfortunately she doesn’t speak English. But we managed to get along with her despite of that. :)

The room has a very tastful& original decor, big modern bathroom, comfortable bed. There is a little kitchen at the entrance, shared with a second room. All in all very quite( = unusual for Milan:)
Italian little breakfast always let me hungry...but there is a Ipercoop very close, if you have time for shopping food

The room was very clean and beautiful also, the hostess was really friendly, the kitchen was equipped well, there was also some things to have for breakfast (bread slices and jam, small croissants).

Lovely room, very clean, really enjoyed our stay here.
There was a shared kitchen with coffee and snacks, 8 minute walk to metro and bus, which brought us into city centre.
Host was very nice and accommodated our late arrival, very friendly and helpful.

Room is approx. 10 minutes to metro M1. on the same street is Carrefour Express. Room is clean and well organised.

Towels are provided. Water is hot.
The lady was absolutely nice and flexible, especially upon my request to enter a bit earlier.
Even upon my complaint that there was some smell of smoke, she immediately replied that it was due to some previous guests.
Wifi provided and fully functioning.
Close to supermarkets (carrefour express and coop).
Recommended.
A bit far from the metro but nothing impossible… or maybe I didn’t find the right one?
