החדר היה מעולה. המיטות היו נוחות ממש ואנחנו מהזן המפונק... (גם הכריות היו מצוינות) הכל היה נקי מאוד. יש בחדר כל מה שצריך לשהייה. בעל הבית - אנג'לו היה מאוד נחמד וקיבל אותנו יפה. היינו רק לילה אחד וזה היה לנו מוצלח מאוד.
ליד הבניין ממש יש חנות פירות וירקות שפתוחה 24 שעות והמחירים בה היו מצחיקים ממש.
אנחנו אנשים שמאוד סובלים מחום והמזגן היה קצת מדי חלש. עשינו אותו על המעלה הכי נמוכה ולקח לו הרבה זמן לקרר את החדר. אבל שוב - אנחנו אנשים שחם לנו. אם אתם לא באים בקיץ, או שלא מפריע לכם חום - אז אין לנו שום טענה על הדירה.

Me gustó todo! Cocina compartida con todos los implementos necesarios. Cama cómoda y te realizan el aseo de la habitación pese a que estuve solo 2 noches. Cercano al centro de Milán y a la estación de trenes de forma fácil y rápida en metro. Hicimos el check in de forma remota y todo funcionó perfecto.

Angelo was really helpful and welcoming.
The room was very clean and exactly as described.
The location was very good, close to the metro and 20 mins far from the center.
We had a shared kitchen with terrace where you can cook and also drink your coffee.
I really enjoyed our stay!

Ubytovanie je super, čisté, čo ma prekvapilo tak každodenné upratovanie. Je to síce ďalej od centra ale v blízkosti je metro a MHD. V okolí sa nachádzajú potraviny a skvelé reštaurácie. V kuchynke (ktorá je spoločná) boli niektoré potraviny zadarmo. Ubytovateľ je skvelý, so všetkým poradí. Pomer, kvalita a cena je super. Boli sme spokojní. Určite odporúčam. Izba je v bytovom dome na poschodí spolu s ďalšími izbami, ktoré zdieľajú spoločnú kuchyňu. Bonusom bola parná žehlička, ktorú ja často vyhľadávam.

El dueño muy amable, todo súper limpio y bastante bien comunicado (a 20 mins en metro del Duomo y con tren directo a Bérgamo, por ejemplo). La cama era bastante cómoda también.
El barrio no era muy animado al ser a las afueras, es una zona de puro alojamiento.

Niente ( per restare solo una notte non ci siamo attrezzati per la colazione, per cui avremmo potuto utilizzare la cucina e il frigo in comune)

Todo perfecto. Limpio, cómodo. Hay de todo para comer en una zona común. Al llegar, si solo escribes al wasap del hostal, no te responde. Sólo llamando pude dar con el personal.

Bell’appartamento curato e pulito, in zona con vari negozi e vicino alla metro. L’host è stato sempre gentile e disponibile per ogni necessità.

Localização maravilhosa! Perto do metro, supermercado grande em frente e tem uma padaria na esquina muito gostosa. Banheiro tem bom tamanho. A cozinha compartilhada tem uma ótima estrutura.
Muito barulho! A porta de entrada tranca sozinha e faz muito barulho. Durante a nossa estadia o movimento de pessoas entrando e saindo foi intenso por isso o barulho nos atrapalhou a dormir.

La cordialità e gentilezza di Angelo e la posizione comoda per raggiungere il centro in metro in neanche mezz'ora.
In bagno i sanitari non erano stati puliti bene e quando ho chiesto se era possibile aggiungere la colazione(quando avevo prenotato non mi ero accorta di non averla selezionata)mi è stato detto che non avevano più la convenzione con il bar quindi non era possibile. C'è una cucina in comune ma visto che quando ho prenotato si chiamava Dimora dell'arte Bed & BREAKFAST mi aspettavo un servizio diverso.

Perfetto come appoggio per visitare Milano per qualche giorno, la fermata della metro è situata a 5 min a piedi. Noi siamo arrivati in auto e l'abbiamo parcheggiata nei vari parcheggi a bordo strada. Host gentilissimo, disponibile e cordiale. Consiglio come qualità prezzo

It was amazing, we are very glad that we have chosen this apartment. That was a pleasure to stay there. Very clean and welcoming place. We liked it a lot, it’s not so far from the center. Every day cleaning. Many many good things in the kitchen including first and kit. Angelo is sooo cool and always keeps in touch.

The room is clean and comfortable, the host was available to help us anytime and for the latte check-in. It's a good neighbourhood and has everything around it, close to the metro.

We were so pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It's my first time entering a hotel room that smells like a luxury boutique. Everything was sparkling clean and the bed linen and towels were snow white. The kitchen and veranda are shared, but we felt like it was all to ourselves. We parked for free in front of the hotel.

Rooms were wonderful - pretty much like proper hotel rooms with towels, sheets, aircon, desk, chair, TV, wardrobe, safe etc. There’s a kitchen which has everything you’d ever need if you want to cook there. The host Angelo is really wonderful and accommodating too. Much better to stay here if you want to save on a bit of money, than pay the higher prices for central Milan. There’s a direct line which gets you to the city centre within 20 min and the station is only a few minutes walk down the road.

It is not in the city center, but it is near a subway station, which is the last point of a subway zone for Milan. You can walk to the station in 10 minutes. There is a supermarket in 5-min walk, and there are free parking lots in front of the building. There is no sign for the B&B from outside, but the host was helpful, we find it out how to go inside with his help.

So close to undergroud, small room, but we dont care, bcs there is really beautifull terrace in the back yard.
For breakfast is just one peace of bread (pastry, croissant…), It was tasty, but I was still hungry.

Angelo is really a nice person, bed is huge and beautiful view with big window.

cleaning service everyday was nice, the cleaning lady was very kind. Location is fine, closeby supermarkets. Included breakfast is fine. Ther eis TV, Ac and heating.
the noise, so much noise from outside but mostly inside. The kitchen has no door so people go and eat and drink at all hours of night causing noise to the rest of rooms. Bed not comfortable at all, neither pillows.
