The House was very clean when we arrived. In addition the location of it, the nature and the landscape were very nice. A cosy place to spend the holidays :)

The entire house is beautifully decorated in nautical style and it's very well furnished and equipped. Swimming pool is amazing ! Perfect depth, perfect temperature, kept very clean during our stay! The house is at the dead end of small street so it's perfectly quiet there. Perfect place for big families! Also having big BBQ on site is very useful and Iva left us enough of wood for the whole stay. Nearest beach is just 5 mins walk, also there is a bakery and restaurant close by. Novigrad is very nice quiet sleepy town, about 20mins walk. Here you can find shops, restaurants and post office. The owner Iva wasn't around at the time so Branka was taking care of us. Cleaning the swimming pool and helping us with everything. She is very helpful. Thank you! Will come back one day !

Everything was perfect.

We spent three days at Iva's beautiful house. We were party of six adults and five children and had more than enough space to be perfectly comfortable. House is brand new, tastefully furnished with everything you need for long staying. House is situated on the end of the peacefull street and privacy is guaranteed. Swimming pool is spaceous and maintained with care with perfectly clean water. If you want to take a swim in the sea, there is a nice beach 5 min walk away. Iva is great host, always available for all our questions. We will definitely come back!

Comfortable and nice appartment. Washing machine, dish washer, all cooking equipment, outdoor bbq ....you just feel at home I did not meet the owner Iva but we kept very good contact whenever any questions. Mrs Brankca is very helpful with our check in and during our stay Nice and clean swimming pool which you can enjoy anytime. If you want to go to the beach, there a nice beach nearby. We enjoyed a lot to stay there.
