Bright and Open Modern Northeast Montavilla ADU
Nueva construcción. Diseño moderno y abierto. Nuevos muebles y ropa de cama. Incluye cocina completa con ollas y sartenes especias y aceite de oliva y vinagre. Una cafetera de Mr Coffee. TV con directv en cada habitación. Puertas traseras de patio francés a patio privado y jardín.
El vecindario tiene demasiados buenos restaurantes y cafeterías para enumerar. Mis favoritos son Bi Partisan Cafe y Fillmore Cafe. East Glisan Pizza es excelente. Roscoes, reloj de arena (gran pollo frito), restaurante del Observatorio.
Realice una caminata de 3 millas hasta el Monte Tabor y obtenga una excelente vista del centro de Portland y vea la puesta de sol.
Traiga sus bicicletas y enciérrelas en el nuevo cobertizo para bicicletas.

This spot was super clean, comfortable, and just as it was described in the online listing. Within walking distance of Montavilla and so many cute restaurants and stores. I’ll for sure book this spot again for my next visit to Portland!

We were in town to visit a family member who lives in the neighborhood and this home could not have been more perfect. It was immaculate upon arrival with plenty of space for my family of four to spread out and get comfortable for the week. John was very helpful and responsive when we had questions. Supplies and welcome information were available on site.
I have nothing but praise for this rental and I very much look forward to returning in the future.

John's place was a perfect place for our four day stay. His place is beautiful, clean, and well appointed. We would stay there again. John was friendly and helpful and even gifted us with home grown tomatoes!!

This was a conveniently located home not far from the airport, downtown, or Washington park. The neighborhood is not “fancy”, but the nearby bakery is amazing and we had a delicious dinner at a nearby Vietnamese restaurant. If you are looking for a place that is convenient to lots of Portland’s attractions, this is great. The neighborhood is walkable to nearby restaurants, but this is not an upscale neighborhood. The trade off is restaurants that are very affordable.

We came to Portland for a long weekend visit to family. The location was good for our visit. A comfortable place to stay and would stay here again.

The house is just great. Looks like pictures. My only complaint is that the master bedroom bath does not allow use of a hair dryer. You have to use the downstairs bath. It’s not the end of the world but is inconvenient.

John's house was perfect for the three of us to stay in Portland and use his house as our base for some day trips in the area. The house is clean, modern and John checks in which is nice.

This place was so cute and very comfortable for our family of 4. The way the space was used in the floor plan and the setup of the sleeping areas makes this small place feel spacious.

My husband and I were quite comfortable in this Portland ADU for 10 nights. We LOVE that is has 2 FULL Baths! That is very rare in vacation rentals in eastern Portland, even in 3 bedroom houses. For us, the location was perfect because of being able to walk to our son’s house , to multiple restaurants, to Fred Meyer, and to Yoga Refuge. John was a great host, very accessible and accommodating. Some artwork on the walls and potted plants out front would make it feel more homey.

We were visiting our son and his family and lucked into this property only a few blocks away. It was spotless, comfortable and allowed us to do some cooking for Thanksgiving. John was timely with all the info we needed. This is a great property to explore the city from.

Great space with two floors and modern finishes and appointments. Well laid out with a unique corner staircase. Very comfortable, modern furnishings and great lighting. Great outdoor space w/ barbecue and seating. Our son lives in the neighborhood so it was a perfect location for us

Clean, modern, quiet
We had a great experience with this rental. It's close to the city's downtown but still very quiet. When we arrived, the house was clean and we could tell it was renovated not too long ago. There was enough room for five of us to be comfortable and everything was in working order. Every room had its own TV and the kitchen was stocked with supplies so we didn't have to run to the store since we forgot a few things. Overall, I highly recommend this house as a place to stay.
