I had a fantastic stay at this townhouse and I can't recommend it enough! The photos and description were spot-on. The location was simply wonderful, offering stunning sunrises and sunsets. The townhouse was clean, spacious, quiet, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. It was also conveniently close to biking trails, which added to the overall experience. This is the perfect place if you're looking for a serene mountain retreat with amazing views and great location.

The unit was perfect for our needs. There was plenty of space for all of us, plenty of comfy seating, beds and bathrooms. We appreciated having storage space for the bikes in the garage and direct access to biking/hiking trails. The hosts were very welcoming and on top of communication. We enjoyed our summer stay in the beautiful mountains.

Great property. Had everything we needed including stocked kitchen. Layout perfect for both togetherness and spreading out -- and loved the entryway off the garage to store our skiwear. Would highly recommend.

The trails right outside the door are amazing! We ventured out daily and loved the fact that the ski resort was only 10 minute drive from our condo. Just be aware this unit has a LOT of stairs. Otherwise we had a fully stocked kitchen (freezer wasn’t cold enough to make ice regularly) but we had everything we needed to make meals. Beds, linens and pillows were the most comfortable we’ve ever had in a rental. Great place if you want easy access to some beautiful trails!!

Rented 1390 Bear Crossing for a last minute trip to the mountains while visiting Colorado. Looked like a nice property and they allowed a dog, which was a requirement. Our expectations were exceeded from the moment we arrived. The unit was clean, clear instructions were provided for everything, a nice welcome package for us and the dog were waiting on the counter. Views from every bedroom were spectacular, complex was quiet and well maintained. Beds were great, kitchen well stocked with everything needed to prepare meals, and the hot tub was a nice way to end each day. Will definitely stay again on our next trip to Winter Park.

This property checked a lot of the important boxes for us (3 bedrooms, accepts dogs). It was lovely and clean, and conveniently located close to hiking and biking trails. But a major disappointment was the construction down the hill, which woke us up at 7am each day of our stay. I understand that construction is in high gear during the summer in the mountains, but the fact that it wasn’t mentioned in the property description was frustrating. If we had known we definitely would have picked somewhere else to stay. I will say that Management was responsive, taking the time to call me and update the description. Overall it was a nice but noisy stay.

Loved the townhome, especially the hot tub after a long day of exploring. Did have some difficulties figuring how to enter the key code but they immediately responded to our call and helped us get in.

Lovely property with gorgeous views
We enjoyed our stay very much. Everything was clean and updated, and the neighborhood felt very safe. We watched hummingbirds and chipmunks from the balcony every morning, watched a deer walk through the wooded area at the back of the house, and watched beautiful sunsets every evening.
We appreciated being able to bring our dog with us and she appreciated the dog biscuits left for her by management. The management company kept in touch via text throughout our visit and the no-contact check in/out was a breeze.
We loved our stay!

Great access to trails right outside the back door!
Amazing location for downhill mtn biking, hiking, trail running and walking the dogs plus only a few minutes from main street Winter Park. Watching the sunset off the back patio was one of the highlights of our stay. It was hard to leave the quiet location.

Winter escape
Great property with lots of room and plenty of bathrooms. Close to skiing at Winter Park, cross country skiing at Devil's Thumb and tubing in Frazier. We walked to town for exercise and fresh air and swam at the Winter Park Rev center. Nights in eating “at home” and playing games and we were even allowed to include our little dog! The service was incredible, the manager checking in many times to make sure everything was great. They delivered humidifiers late one night because the ones at the property had stopped working.

The views at this place are AMAZING! We went out daily to cross country ski and snowshoe right out the back door. there is also a small hill my kids were able to sled down right out back. It's quiet and in a great location. About a 7-10 minute drive to the resort (depending on weather) or you can take the shuttle. The place was very clean and comfortable.

Great home
Everything was great. The place is very nice and accommodating. The only recommendation I have is that you print up an instructional sheet or label the tv remotes. There are remotes everywhere and it's very frustrating to operate the tv's. We finally figured out what to do but to prevent any future frustrations some guidance there would be good. We had a great time and look forward to coming back to visit WP.
MANAGER COMMENTS: Great advice! We will get in there and clean up the remote situation. So sorry for the troubles/frustration. Please do always give us a call if we can ever help make things more simpler.

Great Accommodation for Skiing Family of 4 + Portuguese Water Dog!
Bear Crossing 1390 was a good fit for our needs. We could drive 5 min down to the free parking garage and catch one of numerous free buses to WP Resort. In addition, the town home backs up to open space allowing us to snowshoe with our dog without driving anywhere. Great house layout to give each of the kids their own bedroom and bathroom.
MANAGER COMMENTS: Oh fun! It's always terrific when your dog can join you for a getaway. We are all so pleased everyone enjoyed the Bear Crossing 1390 location. Please do give us a call when you're back this way to visit.
