This house was great for our family vacation over New Years Eve. Very accommodating for our larger family with a few small kids.

Great house in a perfect location. Layout was nice and 4 bedrooms is a plus! Only issue is no heat in garage, so if you go in winter you can’t really enjoy the ping pong or foosball as it’s too cold to stay in there.

Property was cozy, clean and comfortable. Exceeded all expectations! Would recommend to others.

The floor plan was great. Each family had their own wing of the house. There was plenty of room in the common areas. The deck could use some love and the bathroom doors don’t lock. Communication with Bennington was superb. We would definitely stay there again.

What a great place for a family vacation. Home was well stocked with everything and the layout was perfect for everyone to have their own space.

It was really a nice place and not overpriced as some of the homes in Sunriver are. There were only a couple minor maintenance issues like the disposal not working when we arrived and some light bulbs out as well as the dishwasher jets being plugged. Other than that all was great and overall we enjoyed the place very much. It was a much needed break and we will stay again in the future! I will say the property management team was amazing! We had a maintenance person there 15 minutes after we called. Can't complain at all!

This house was perfect for the 10 of us. There was plenty of room and the beds were cozy. The only issue we had was that one of the bathrooms' door didn't latch. But other than that the hot tub and everything was perfect.

This house had everything we needed for family entertainment. We had an awesome time.

This is the second time we have stayed at 3 Timber Lane. We love the house! Has everything we need. Very comfortable. Clean and well maintained. One thing missing is hooks by the hot tub for towels! Love this house and would stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay but some of the housekeeping aspects were a little inadequate. For the number of people, 7 adults, 3 children, the basic neccessities like toilet paper, paper towels, facial tissue and liquid soap in the kitchen were in limited supply. We had to buy our own. Both propane tanks for the barbeque grill were empty and the waffle maker already had a broken handle.

We really enjoyed this home. It was clean and overall a great house and floorplan that fit our entire family. The hot tub and home were extremely clean and we enjoyed cooking in the beautiful kitchen. We wish check in (5pm) and check out (10am) had not cut our days so much shorter than our normal stays in Sunriver, but have rented with Bennington many times over the years and would definitely recommend this home to anyone who enjoys a one level home and being a little farther away from the village. Great house!

Overall good experience

The weather was beyond perfection! The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. Pay attention to the directions, as the recommended items are good to bring. This house doesn’t have SHARC passes, and during COVID they aren’t allowing you to pay the daily fee. Be aware. The kids enjoyed the hot tub. We loved all of the walking trails. And we slept well each night!

It was a great space for three families, with a bonus room for the kids to play in.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at 3 Timber Lane! The house was large enough for everyone to be comfortable, and had nice amenities like the hot tub, ping pong table, and foosball table. It was also very clean, and well maintained. We look forward to staying there again!

what a perfect home for two separate families, we had 3 little kids and parents on one side of the house, a teenager and parents on the other side of the house. it was so comfortable, beautiful decor, kitchen had every kitchen tool we needed. definitely will be staying here agan.

Super easy experience. We had everything we needed at the house! Lovely and clean.

This is a well kept and well appointed property. This is a one story property since 2 of the 3 couples were limited in climbing stairs. Everything was clean, kitchen and furniture well maintained and relatively new. We had 6 adults living living in the house for 3 nights and all were very comfortable. The master bedroom had an attached bath room. The other 3 bedrooms had bathrooms just off an adjacent hallway. Bikes available in the garage and new pingpong table and newish foosball table. We cooked dinner every evening and plenty of utensils for the food prep. Nice deck out back which we used sparingly since it was cold outside but the fireplace kept the great room very comfortable. We had couples that had not been to central Oregon so we found interesting nearby areas to explore. There are a few restaurants nearby - nothing fancy but the food was good. We had 2 couples join us for dinner each night and had plenty of room for our meal and evening activities (TV, cards, etc).

Staying at 3 Timber Lane was one of our all time favorite vacations. The house has a wonderful cabin feel, is completely updated, is in perfect condition and has all of the amenities needed. We took full advantage of the bbq, hot tub, fire place, bikes, ping pong table and foos ball table. The location is walking distance to the Village, Fort Rock and the Sharc. We also went on a rafting trip, a fishing trip, played golf and drove to Crater Lake. You can't beat this place and Sunriver overall!!!

We had a wonderful time at this home. Perfect for our family gathering with dogs and children. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!!

My kids and my littles all enjoyed staying for the week in Sunriver. We all rode bikes everywhere and even took off some training wheels! Thanks for the fun week
