location was spectacular and staff was very accommodating and friendly

we loved the balcony and patio affording us views over the ocean to the Potara and sunsets on the horizon. very comfortable homely accommodation, and everything worked!

it was as expected, just that the most expeditious way to the port and waterfront was via a path rather walking around a longer way via footpaths or roads

The best view in Naxos! The lady at reception was amazing - so kind and helpful. Highly recommend

- Amazing Location overlooking the Port, Sea & Town of Naxos - Loved the Pool & view from it - The Bedrooms are like being in a Luxury 5* Hotel, best sleep I’ve had while in Greece - Pillow Menu is an excellent touch, I could request firm pillows which is the first Hotel to offer this! - Bathroom was WOW with a stunning shower - View from Bedroom with Terrace was a treat - Superb Value for Money, from all the Hotels we’ve stayed in across Greece this was by far the best value for the price per night!! - Loads of Amenities in the Room, plus a Beach Towel that they charge daily for you - Again it’s all about the small details! - Really modern & large Bedroom - About a 10 minute walk to the Town Centre but feels less as you’re passing Shops, Restaurants etc.. - There’s a few spaces if you rent a Car rent outside the Hotel which is handy - The staff seem to really care & are very genuine when chatting with you! Did I mention how beautiful the Bedrooms are? I’m obsessed! Great experience, Thank you Team Iliada Suites - You clearly know what you’re doing!!!

This isn’t a Negative, just more an observation for some people: - The area is much quieter around the Hotel, so if you’re looking for more of a buzz where you’re staying then you might be better staying in town, as there’s no Bar or Communal space apart from the Pool. Iliada is peaceful & calm which I’m sure most people love!

staff was excellent

The hotel is great and in a beautiful spot, overlooking the old town and the temple of Apollo. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. We had a lovely view from our room. The hotel and rooms are decorated nicely.

Breakfast was a bit difficult for my partner who had allergies but the staff were accommodating and made him a specific dish. Perhaps an allergen menu setting out the allergens for the breakfast items would be helpful.

Beautiful luxury suite in breathtaking location! Excellent hospitality and very comfortable beds. They thought of everything, even a pillow menu.

Beautiful contemporary room and the most amazing views out over the sea from the balcony. Location was great, only a short walk into town. Staff were lovely and very helpful.

Disappointed that the pool wasn't heated, and although the room was beautiful, there's no door to the shower or bathroom, which means the floor gets very wet and the room becomes steamy.
