Perfect location, friendly staff I have stayed at St George Hotel before so I knew the owners

Location was amazing. Just a short walk from the beach and from the city center in opposite directions.

We couldn't connect to Wi-Fi as we were in the basement room and we also had no phone service, so we had to sit outside for any mobile phone communication or internet usage. Had we been in one of the other rooms, I'm sure it would have been better, but we were unlucky and got placed in a poorly-situated room.

Great location, quiet neighbourhood, close to great restaurants and the town square. Friendly and helpful reception staff. We stayed only one night prior to our flight back to Athens and we were very comfortable.

Family business that is very well run and incredibly hospitable on arrival and throughout the stay. The location is simply perfect next to to main beach (less than 25 metres from the beach). While a little pricy I understand it’s high season (August).

Could be seen as a little petty but many properties had a little wash area for feet on entrance to rid the sand that is inevitably brought through the hotel and into the rooms.

the location is excellent right on the beach and a stones throw from the main town and port. the rooms are very humble but we did not spend much time in them as we were out all day exploring, if that’s what you’re after then this is a great spot for that. the family that own this property are so lovely!

It’s right next to St George’s Beach, 5-10 min walk to harbor restaurants and the old city, Tony was a great host and made sure all of our needs were met.

Excellent location on the beach. Room was spotlessly clean with towels changed every day and bedding every other. Plenty of hot water and a welcome carafe of wine. Toni was very welcoming indeed.

Need some form of shower screen. Flooded the bathroom every time we had a shower.

The bathroom didnt have a curtain and the water was all over the place, the beach near the hotel wasnt nice but it was near the center.

Locations and overall hospitality

The apartment was perfect, super close to the beach ! And perfectly clean, I will definitely come back there if I come to Naxos again. Oh, and super nice staff !

Beds were good and at 100m from the beach but not enough to balance all the negative aspects of the place.

The place was the worst we experienced during our Greek vacation. Small in size, below the street level and right at it with vehicles going by on regular basis. Noisy and polluted. We were a family of 4 who could not enjoy a meal all together because there was only 3 chairs around a tiny table in this below-the-street balcony. The kitchen had no place to dry out dishes after washing and the state of the cupboards was deplorable. As in many other places, kitchen had limited utensils and no serving dishes. Hot water was scarce; even in the Summer some people prefer warm to cold showers. Air conditioning was on manual mode being turned off during the evening because the remote did not work and so temperatures could not be controlled. The bathroom turned into a pool area after 4 showers because of this mini clogged space with no curtains to contain the water. Definitely not a bargain as prices were higher for this place than what we paid for better places in Mykonos and Santorini. Pictures were misleading. If you can’t find another place amongst the vast hotel/apartment offer in Naxos, I suggest you change the island entirely and pick another destination in the Cyclades.
