This property was great for our group of family and friends. The comfy couch was a huge hit. The kitchen area and living room was a nice place to hang out together. We were bummed we didn’t use the rooftop deck but it was too hot for us Colorado people!

Property was great for our group of 8. Exactly as described.
Was super close to everything and getting around the city was easy.
When we had any questions a text was responded to quickly and any small issues were handled immediately. Would absolutely stay here again.

This property is just as represented in the description. The rooftop deck is clearly the highlight, with a beautiful view of the city. The communication with the property manager was superior. The mechanical lock failed while on our trip, and was repaired before we returned. Very responsive.

Over all loved it. Location, as advertised, size, laundry were all great!
Things to improve.
Kitchen wasn’t really clean in particular we had to rewash plates and cups. Maybe last load of dishes had an issue. Two frying pans were really disgusting so we didn’t use them and set them aside.
Couches were terrible. Like big velor bean bags. Might be ok for some but not our cup of tea.
Tv would not connect to WiFi.
Plugs in kitchen did not work except for one near coffee maker.
Not a knock but just heads up driveway is short and very steep. Steps not lit at night so they are a little tricky till you get use to them.
MB bedroom ded was great. Others in group complained about their beds though.
Scatter rugs in bathrooms were dirty before we used them.
Overall great place thought. I have stayed in Austin Vrbo before and this was one of the best. Roof top deck was amazing view of Austin and sunrise/sunset. Would definitely rent again hoping some of the above could be addressed.

Five friends and I used Valerie as our base for a long weekend in Austin. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, plus several great spaces for us to visit in. The ping pong table in the garage was an added bonus.

We were a group of 4 couples staying 4 nights and this was a perfect house for us. We all had our own room and bathroom, Kitchen and living rooms were spacious and the rooftop deck was an added bonus! Great beds, linens, towels, everything was clean and well cared for. Would stay here again!

Living room coaches were very loose & uncomfortable.
With all the bad news about using plastics, seeing the plastic plates & cups etc was a surprise - took us back to 1970s era.

The property has everything we needed for a cold Austin weekend. Beds were in pretty good shape, S lots of room for hanging out. I would recommend calling if you need anything during your stay. Don’t message through the app. Not enough hand towels is my only complaint.

This weekend was spectacular the wedding venue was 7 minutes away and this home was perfect for my family and grandchildren. Each room was furnished. All beds were so comfortable. The extra effort of having spices, cooking oil and so many other special items sets this home above many we have rented in the past.
Turntable, albums, the speakers for music were very special touches. We took so many photos on the rooftop of the amazing Austin skyline . If you are considering staying her… just do it!

Great location just a couple blocks from East Austin restaurants, bars, and breweries. House is setup well to accommodate large groups. Bedrooms are good size with comfortable beds and lots of hangout space between the downstairs area and the rooftop, plus the ping pong table in the garage. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Beautiful house with spacious bedrooms and all the amenities! Rooftop deck was a great place to relax with incredible views. Stocked kitchen with all the right utensils for preparing meals.

I stayed at this property with three of my colleagues. Speaking for the group we were amazed at the property. Beyond the quality of the home and the amenities, the space was also great in the proximity to shops, restaurants, breweries, and anything else you could need was perfect. The management team overseen the property was also highly communicative, which made staying there a breeze.

We had a great time at Valerie! The house was perfect for what we needed. Great kitchen, rooftop and really comfortable beds. The location was within walking distance of great restaurants and shops and a short Uber ride to everywhere we wanted to go.

The house was exactly advertised. The roof top deck had gorgeous views of the city. It was a great place to have coffee in the morning and drinks in the evenings. The house is about a mile from downtown and a mile from Lady Bird Lake trail. We were 4 couples and it was a perfect amount of space for all of us!

Great place for a get-a-way in Austin
We loved our stay at the property! It met and exceeded all of our expectations. It is a great location; walking distance to 6th street shops and venues and close by the walking/running trails by the river and our property manager, Jeanine, was always available, attentive and responsive.

We were a group of 10 people and really enjoyed our stay. Lots of room for all of us. The comfiest couch we have ever been on. Like seriously, the living room couch is amazing. The owners are very responsive. Highly recommended.

Convenient Location
Really enjoyed our stay at the Valerie. The location is great. We were able to walk to a number of restaurants and bars. Downtown Austin was just a 10 minute Uber ride away. The house itself is very comfortable and has plenty of space. Definitely recommend.

Great Home for a Group
My co-workers and I stayed here for SXSW. The house was awesome, with lots of close restaurants and a close scooter ride from downtown and 6th street. The beds are soo comfortable!

Family get away
Nice 4 bed 4 bath house. Close enough to Uber to most things in 10-15 min. Rooftop patio was nice addition.
Downside: kitchen chairs were extremely uncomfortable. The couches were basically a pile of various size cushions which could never be assembled into a stable, comfortable setting.
We had issues w the thermostat being preset to turn off after so long. The rental company did provide some suggestions.

Very comfortable!
This was a great property for seven women together for a girls weekend! Plenty of space for everyone to get ready. The couches and beds are very comfortable! We did not make meals at the house so I cannot attest to the kitchen supplies but everything was very clean. Loved the Sonos system so we could play great music. Our weather was pretty cold and rainy so we did not walk much from the house but everywhere we needed to go was a short Uber ride away. Would stay here again!

The perfect house!!!
Pictures do not do this house justice! The space is perfect for a large group. The kitchen layout, living room size, king size beds and bathrooms made the stay so comfortable. Rooftop terrace was a perfect vibe for sunset happy hour. Location is great, walking distance to great bars and restaurants and 10 min car ride to just about everything you’ll want to see. Highly recommend!

Perfect for Running Group
From the moment Jeannine reached out to send a welcome text to the day we checked out, it was a perfect stay. The house was ready for our arrival and she even accommodated us as we arrived early and needed to park our car so we could begin exploring the city. Which easily begun from the front steps. Everything we needed was within walking distance. The welcome book provider was a great guide on the best way to enjoy the house and all the local places. The fireplace didn’t work when we first arrived, but with a quick text, the problem was resolved! We were well prepared for our race and there were multiple PRs! We had a great visit and would stay at this property again on our next visit to Austin. Thank you so much!

Beautiful MODERN Home...but
The home and management company were great and I honestly would have given higher stars but the cleaning crew needs to step up their game. I think the management company was unaware of the poor job they were doing. We lost time on our first day waiting for the cleaning crew to come out a take care of what wasn't done before our moving in. I don't want to go into detail about what wasn't done...I think it would embarrass the owner. But I will say the management team came out immediately and took care of the situation and we were very happy after that. They even refunded $350 back for the inconvenience we experienced. We are a family in the rental business and the one thing that is number one to us is customer service and cleanliness. So we appreciate the management team taking care of us and hope they can get their cleaning crew to match their level of service.

Gorgeous home with an amazing view!
The house was perfect for our family of 9 with plenty of space to gather in the comfortable living room, kitchen and wonderful rooftop deck. The beds were extremely comfortable. The location was great and close to everything. The check-in and check-out process was flawless. We had one issue with the disposal but the management company sent someone out immediately and got it resolved and that was so appreciated. I highly recommend this home and we would definitely stay there again. Loved it!!

So much nicer than the listing shows!!
This place is absolutely jawdropping. They have a ping pong table they didn’t mention and the rooftop patio is so much bigger than it shows! Also there were no pictures of the actual front of the house but it’s super modern and breathtaking to pull up to. Absolutely zero complaints at all. This place was amazing.
