Fantastic location

The accommodation was poor, if I had taken the wife and kids I would of walked out, as it was a group of men we decided to put up with it.

Given incorrect appartement location first and then after many attempts to raise our concerns, the staff member found our correct apartment. This wasted most of our first day and was exhausting because we had to move all our luggage and ski equipment from a building 10 minutes by car away. Then there were no towels available until Wednesday (we checked in Sunday morning). This location is not suitable for families as it gets very noisy from 11pm to 3am every night outside with groups of young people screaming and shouting. We left on Friday (real check out planned for Saturday) due to the lack of sleep during the week.

The location of the apartments was good.

Upon arrival at the apartments, we were informed that we needed to pay a local tourist tax, in addition to the charges we had already paid when booking the rooms. This was in direct contradiction to the information provided in the booking confirmation, which stated that all taxes and charges were included in the room rate. We were disappointed to learn of this unexpected expense and believe that this was a clear miscommunication on the part of Booking.com. Secondly, we were disappointed to find that towels were not provided in the apartments, despite the high cost of the booking. This is a basic expectation and should be included as part of the room amenities. Thirdly, we were also disappointed to find that there was only 4 rolls of toilet paper provided for 10 people for a 7 night stay in the apartments. This was completely inadequate and left us without a basic necessity for several days.

I like the location of the residence Ours Blanc, unfortunately we were switched to an apartment in an entirely different location, in another part of the town more than 10 minutes walk away. No notice given of the switch.

Bring switched without notice, to an inferior apartment.

I've rarely been as disappointed with a room in my life. The pictures don't look at all like what we had. The furniture were super old and obviously ugly. I know how you can be disappointed sometimes while looking at pictures vs reality but in this case any resemblance is absurd. The beds were uncomfortable, the room was next to the trash room, ultra old bathroom, nothing to hold the shower head, very old kitchen. I'm not even going to talk about the decoration... Ah yes only 1 of the 4 elevators were working. If you want holidays without frustrations please don't go there unless the only other option available is sleeping outside or you want to stay in a place that's as contemporary as the movie shining.
