L’accueil de Mme Metry et sa disponibilité. Studio propre, bien équipé, conforme au descriptif. Très bien situé sur l’île, non loin des commerces (boulangerie, supermarché, laverie...), des restaurants et des plages. La piscine et le bain à remous sont un vrai plus!

Le lit : le matelas est très mou.

Very clean accommodation with a gorgeous pool area

We really enjoyed our stay and would go back tomorrow!! I highly recommend renting a car as it gives you the freedom to move about the island. The apartment is approximately 25min Drive from SXM airport. The studio is located underneath the main villa but you don't feel like you're in a basement; it's very well designed and private. Images of the property are accurate. We enjoyed cooking and eating outside in the evening. The complimentary Rum was also a nice touch! The Kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need to cook with however, we always tend to travel with essentials for the kitchen when a property is self catering (things such as tea towels, hand wash, sponges etc) There are supermarkets close by too (less than 5min drive to Leader Price or Super U) to pick up food and other essentials. We loved the pool which you will be able to use, even is someone is renting out the main villa. The pool was clean and very refreshing after a long day in the Caribbean heat! Madame Metry was so lovely, as were her dogs! :) A true test of our high school French but we really enjoyed communicating in French! Prompt communication from Chris too on messages. Nice to have beach chairs and an umbrella in the apartment - saves you having to rent overpriced shades at the beach and makes you feel more local! Beach towels as well as bathroom towels were also supplied. shower was modern with great pressure and temp. It all depends on what you're looking for - We prefer the French side of the island as it's more relaxing, the food options are better and it's less touristy than the Dutch side with all the cruise ships. Fantastic and relaxing stay - just what we were looking for as a winter escape.

Not a real breaker but perhaps a consideration; the mattress could be changed - It seemed a little slept in and we felt like we were sleeping on a slight slope either side of the bed. Still comfortable though! It wasn't very clear how we could recycle glass or plastic, but we found some recycling facilities close by the apartment on the main road.

Everything was good, can't complain 2 much, pool hot tub surrounding was excellent.

Couldn't connect to the wifi in my studio and the gate should b close at night.

Wifi didnt work Mattress old and in bad shape, i could not sleep well Owners are the WORST i ever came across, extremely disrespectful and unprofessional with a severe lack of empathy: Kept me anxiously waiting on price quote i asked for in case i had to stay longer due to CORONA (probably because i asked for discount as they turned out to be cheap) Insulted me by calling me sad twice for wanting my key deposit back THEY forgot to return (and blaming me for THEIR responsibility) Insulted me by calling me dishonest while giving them feedback about the property IN PRIVATE at first (obviously did not appreciate that i stayed there despite the faults and initially not wanting to damage their reputation) In the end i did not even pick up my $40 key deposit back on principle because they called me sad for giving them $40 (even though their host lady refused the $60) and they sent 40 Euros (a $3 difference, truly PATHETIC!)

Perfect position, very safe and silent. The apartment was clean and well equipped. The host was very kinf and available . In 3 minutes of car we'll reach Orient beach

The mattress was not so confortable, and the wifi didn't work for some days
