Triple room was absolutely tiny. 3 beds in a tiny room. 2 single beds actually stuck together. Needed a fridge but barely could fit in room. Lived out of our suitcases. Very disappointed with room size. Staff on reception and manager not very helpful when we voiced our concerns and seemed to snigger and speak in their own language, very rude.

Rooms are a bit small, walls are thin so you can hear everyone and everything. And the bathroom was not very nice, it was leaking all over the room after every usage of the shower

Breakfast and dinner is quite good. Some veggie options available. The location is great since the hotel is a block away from the beach and the city center is walkable if necessary. I would definitely come back. It is a really good price for the money and the staff are nice and polite.

The rooms are not sound proof at all. You can easily hear people next door. Toilets were not disgusting but i cant say they were clean. Sheets were also not impeccably clean. But the hotel has a lot of positive points so I would still return.

the personnel in reception was super helpful with everything especially a girl with italian accent ,but everyone actually. It was a memorable stay and for sure i will be back

The Hotel is in a quiet area but near the beach..it is immaculately clean and the staff are happy and helpful.

If you arrive for breakfast later than 10am the hot plates can be luke warm.

Good location in Fenals, nice modern hotel. Corner room with sea view and excellent shower. Good pool area and bar, good value for money.

My room was loud. There were guests running sprints in the hallway for the 3 out of 3 nights I was there. On Tuesday and Wednesday nights, there was an argument between a group of women and men, but that could be a one off event, although I wouldn't be surprised if that is a common case here. Other guests are rowdy, but that's not the hotels fault for attracting those kinds nor are they to blame. what is bad is the security of the hotel. I had two Cameras; one Canon, one GoPro, along with 350 Euros in cash stolen from my room. I talked to the managers and I told them what happened and I had no idea they were missing until I was leaving. I saw them the day prior. I had it in the closet since the safe in the room did not fit my camera. I suppose I could have left my cash in there. But along with that, they gave me a PDF of my Key fob entry. I think that's great, but I never blamed the staff, nor did they told me they asked the two staff members who cleaned my room. We talked to one in person because we were looking for something else, and the other staff that was stated in the PDF, I was never told they talked to the staff member. I never blamed them or the staff, but I kept getting emails saying the hotel's not responsible (I got it from the meeting we had in the office) but they didn't do much besides the keyfob log. thanks? There are no cameras in the hallway here. If there are, they were no use because I was never told there are, or there isn't. I was just told that they are sorry for my situation, and they are not responsible for my lost items in my own room. I've been to 40th country and Barcelona multiple times, and this is the first time I had things stolen from my own room. Pool is great but crowded. Food's pretty good. Location is close to the beach. But if you stay here, get super creative and hide your stuff in your suitcase. From what I gathered from other people who have stayed here, they are not surprised this happened.

The hotel is situated near to a nice beach away from the main part of Llorett. There's not much going on but if you're wanting quiet, then it's great. As a solo traveller I think I got the smallest double room the hotel had, but it was fine for me and I nearly had a view of the sea from the balcony! The balconies are all attached and the room I had meant that I was in a corner so if I sat out I had one set of neighbours looking directly at me! They could also see straight into my room... Food was nice, loads of choice and plenty of seating. The hotel fire alarm went off at 6.30 one morning and I evacuated. The fire door at the end of the corridor was jammed shut, probably from lack of use, but no good if it was a real fire. There was no one from the hotel to meet us outside and when the alarm went off and people started to go back in the receptionist was not very pleasant nor forthcoming with info. All that said, nice hotel, nice location, nice food, nice enough room...

Dirty, dust everywhere, blankets super dirty. Couldn't swap meals. We couldnt even use machine for hot water to make a tea.

The hair dryer is very old, is hardly working, almost impossible to make the hair dry, specially the long one)

Everything was clean, breakfast staff was really fast and there was many good dishes, also so cool staff in the bar!! Greetings :)

The room was a little bit too small and we heard other noises pretty good.

The location is great, the staff are lovely (especially the bar staff) and the pool area is really nice and relaxing.

The breakfast could be improved, the olive oil bottle had clearly been filled with another oil or water which was disappointing. In addition the coffee at breakfast was really bad in my opinion. Our room could have been cleaner when we checked in, notably the floor. The toilets near reception were also really quite dirty the day we checked in. But in general the hotel didn't feel unclean.

Kudos to the staff working at the hotel! The rooms are cleaned every day, the food is perfect, the pool is great! Highly recommended for everyone who wants a vacation. We will definitely come again! ♥️

There is a wonderful beach not far from the hotel.

All our neighbors constantly smoked on the balcony. For us, this was the biggest problem because we couldn't open our balcony and get fresh air.
