Echt een toplocatie, met een paar minuten bij het strand en overal gezellige tentjes. Wij zaten op een balkon aan de wegkant (dat was ook mijn verzoek en daar hebben zij naar geluisterd). Totaal geen last van mijn rug gehad, het zijn dan ook geen goedkope matrassen (na onderzoek te hebben gedaan). Personeel is behulpzaam en vriendelijk en het ontbijt was uitgebreid, goede douche, niet met zo'n miezerige straal. Gevraagd aan de bali of zij een taxi wilden regelen, binnen 3 minuten stond die voor de deur. Ik zou het zo weer opnieuw boeken.
Alleen jammer dat je voor de spa toeslag moet betalen.

Naprosto úžasný hotel na skvělém místě. Velikou výhodou je krytý bazén, který jsme denně využívali, protože počasí nebylo ideální. Personál je jedním slovem skvělý, vždy připravený pomoci. Rád bych také vyzvedl jídlo, které bylo také úžasné, jak snídaně, tak večeře. Vždy bylo z čeho vybírat. Vybavení hotelu je novější, čisté. Milé překvapila denně káva a voda zdarma. Celkově hodnotím 10/10.
Bohužel se hotel nachází na velmi rušné ulici, která po celou noc žije. Chápu, že to hotel ovlivnit nedokáže, ale bohužel v době naší dovolené, byla nastavena klimatizace pouze na topení, takže jsme museli mít po celou noc otevřené balkonové dveře a to dost negativně ovlivnilo to, jak jsme se vyspali. A to jsme měli pokoj směrem k bazénu.

This hotel's location is unbeatable, right in the city's party center, with five clubs, numerous bars, and supermarkets just a one-minute walk away.
The breakfast was fantastic, offering a wide variety of choices, including delicious local cuisine
it's noisy because the hotel is surrounded by bars and clubs that operate until 5 am. However closing the balcony and turning on the AC helped mitigate the noise significantly.

The hotel is centrally located with the bus station, beach and a large variety of bars and nightlife within a short walk. The hotel is modern, clean and well equipped. There is a nice bar area serving drinks and snacks with seating inside and outside around the pool area. The rooms are well proportioned with a small fridge for drinks and snacks. The bathroom facilities are great - large powerful shower. An ideal place to use as a base for a break in Lloret.
There was no facility to make hot drinks (coffee) in the room as there was no kettle provided. There was also no rubbish bin located in the main room, just a small one in the bathroom.

The location is perfect. The rooms are very spacious, comfy bed and brilliant shower. The meals in the restaurant were yum, plenty of options.

The hotel was immaculate. The staff went above and beyond to help me and my partner who was in a powered wheelchair. The housekeeping staff kept the rooms spotless and were very helpful when needed. I could not praise this beautiful hotel anymore. We had a fabulous week away. The hotel is ideal for all activities in Lloret de mar.
We did not find anything we did not like about the property. Even though we had to access the dining room via a stair lift, once downstairs the staff were fabulous and always were on hand to help my partner.

One of my best experiences and beyond my expectations! Everything about our stay was perfect! The room was very clean and comfortable. The location is great, and the staff was amazing. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting, for sure you will not regret it!
ps: They were so thoughtful that they even did a special surprise for my birthday bringing champagne and sweets to my room and made my day even more special!

Exceptional staff, everyone was friendly. Good swimming pool. Located very close to the beach. Good choice of the food on breakfast and dinner.
Soundproof is a big issue. The hotel located close to a night clubs and there is a noise all the time. Even with closed windows you can hear the street and clubs, so sleeping might be a challenge. There was a hole in wall in bathroom as a ventilation. Bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Room requires a chair or something. Some of the dishes was very strange and was ignored by everyone.

The location is excellent for tourists that come by bus, because it is very close to the bus station, main restaurants and the commercial area. The hotel is clean and most tourists in August were very young people, which made the atmosphere vivid.

Hotel I ordered toasted sandwiches and chips from the bar on two occasions at 2.pm
The toast was cold and burnt.
I informed the young at the bar and she laughed and said " I will tell him"
Setvice was very slow for any snack ordered.
After that I went to a local cafe for mid day snack.
Also to order a taxi to Girona airport cost 80e when ordered at reception.
This is not acceptable as when ordered from a different taxi company cost 55 euro
50% less than hotel price.
