Dat het dichtbij de haven lag zodat we ruim op tijd bij de boot waren. Het ontbijt is goed en zeker voor de prijs die je betaalde!

De douche was erg klein en niet goed schoon.

Staff attention to detail and ability to help

Slides and pools, some staff, cleanliness.

Hole in mattress. Bulbs out in room, mould in bathroom, poor choice of food, buffet hot food often cold, difficult to get a sunbed unless you reserved at crack of dawn. No bar near reception. Entertainment was some poor some good. Some reception staff had poor attirude to customer care.

Grate place if you have ferry at the morning.

Hotel was next door to a McDonald’s so we could buy a coffee as the coffee offered by the hotel was horrible.

The hotel is not a 4 star hotel. There was no air conditioning despite hotel staff telling us it was working fine. The stay was uncomfortable and the staff unhelpful.

We loved that the hotel was very close to the port. As we took a ferry from Corsica and arrived late we were tired and this hotel was the closest to the highway and port that we could find. We had a good night's rest. The breakfast was very good with a wide array of options.

The smell outside the hotel as the hotel is situated next to a gas station.

4 star hotel close to ferry with modest prize

the hotel needs a renovation, but the room was perfect

We used the hotel to be close to Pisa and the airport, we didn't realise how close the beach and shops would be to us. Fantastic location for what we wanted, the nicest Hotel receptionist, could not of been more friendly and helpful

We are from Scotland and the tempetures outside were high 38+ and the aircon only went to 20°, would of been nicer to have the room a lottle colder but we had a great sleep regardless

Overall it was a very good hotel. The room was really nice, comfortable and modern, bathroom was big and it had all what you need, everything was working as it should, perfect A/C, very good breakfast. If you have a car, you can get to Pisa and Livorno very easily as it was located next to a significant road. Big free parking space in front of the hotel.

Nothing significant, only that the bathroom sink was a bit stinky, but nothing big.

Distance to ferry is perfect

Breakfast VERY poor for the price Location... near a truck parking and petrol raffinery --> 100 euro for a double is that normal ?! Hotel is very old and deteriorated I didn't expect luxury but for 100 euros a night you could expect something more. As mentioned above to be used EXCLUSIVELY to sleep one night before leaving Livorno by ferry, otherwise one of the worst hotels I've ever been to.

Free parking Good clean bathroom/well stocked with towels and toiletries. Continental breakfast had a lot of choice.

Terrible location and area in general.Don't book this if you are thinking of a holiday vibe.It is industrial with no bars/restaurants or scenery.We were luckily only staying one night before catching the flight home.The hotel was dead.No bar/restaurant as advertised.No outside seating.Very dated bedroom.

Breakfast could be better

Beds was horrible, springs was outside. For big People shower is impossible mission also water temperature is taking long time to get it.

Our room was clean, confortable and well equipped with a good shower.

People working in the reception are not particularly professional. Breakfast was basic. Unfortunately the hotel is in the industrial part of the town and the area is very polluted.
