Staff were warm and welcoming. Check-in was easy, as well as our check-out, which was super early. Nicely decorated rooms. Very convenient location to the port of Livorno. Several dining options nearby. Good value for quality of hotel and in comparison to other properties in the area.

While AC is provided in the room, guests were unable to adjust the fan speed. This resulted in the room being warmer than we would have preferred. However, we understand that this practice was most likely implemented due to the severe energy crisis happening in Italy at present.

Location is easy for parking, also easy to access to the seaside.

Beautiful hotel and very close to the seafront! Staff is very friendly and helpful. Room was big with AC and a mini fridge which was amazing for the hot weather. Good breakfast.

Far away from the town and train station. Buses go regularly but stop early in the evening so need to be mindful if wanting to get around without a car.

The air-condition didn`t work and there were no nets in the windows - even though we closed our windows when the lights were on, we got so bitten by mosquitos we are still scratching our legs and arms days after our stay. But what was unacceptable for us was the breakfast. The selection was very poor. Basically a toast with slices of cheese and ham but no butter. The breakfast starts at 7:30, we were there at about 7:40 and we were told they already ran out of butter... No kettle in the room although promised on the website. Beach is much further than 100 meters, it`s actually 1 km away.

A room on the first floor next to the in check and front door. There was a lot of noise already starting from 7 am

We booked the hotel as a sleep over prior our ferry to Corsica. It was good value for money. Great location. Very close to the port. The hotel is located in a rather old mansion. Enormous ceilings, spacious rooms.

The facilities, especially the ones in bathroom are rather old and require renovation.

The staff is very nice. Room is bigger than what it looks on the picture. Good cleaning services. Decoration of the room and the hotel is very pleasing. Good breakfast. Quite and cosy room.

Pro: -good location - friendly stuff - parking near the hotel Contra: - quite old numbers in the hotel - very poor breakfast - the air condition did not work - no mosquito nets and a lot of mosquitos - the sea line opposite the road BUT you could not use it, because opposite a Navy academy strength for 600-700 meters on both side. You can use only few paid beaches but it is also not in the best conditions

Clean room , colonial style and very tasteful hotel.. Close to lungomare

We didn't find anything wrong, we arrived tired and everything was prepared in the room what we requested.
