Horrible ils se sont rattrapés à la fin en nous changeant la chambre par une chambre plus grande et climatisé

Vétuste et pas très propre ce que j’ai lu dans les commentaires lit qui grince était bien réel en ce qui concerne la restauration vraiment pas bon et je pèse mes mots

La habitación era espaciosa.
Muchas cosas… Mucho ruido por los pasillos, olor a frito en el pasillo de habitaciones, pocas opciones para el desayuno sin gluten, mucho ruido en el desayuno del staff y de la gente, muy lejos el parking de la habitación.

Ubicación perfecta. Desayuno completo.
Parking caro 20 euro el día, cuando es complicado aparcar en la zona.
Habitación, en este caso triple pequeña, más pequeña q las dobles.
Pica lavabo dentro de la habitación.
Instalaciones interiores hotel viejas, y en algunos caso en mal estado.
Para mí gusto 4 estrellas por las instalaciones exteriores, en este caso estaban cerradas por las fechas, pero q el interior del hotel si llega a 3 es justito.

Gute Lage, großes Zimmer und Frühstücksbuffet
Bin davon ausgegangen das genügend Parkplätze vorhanden sind da man keinen reservieren kann.
War leider alles belegt und konnte dann 30 Minuten im Kreis fahren bis ich einen freien Parkplatz gefunden habe.
Sollte man evtl die Möglichkeit zur Reservierung anbieten!

The furniture in the room is very old, the room is not looking as a 4 stars hotel. The cleaning solutions was smelling too strong and was not Ok for my 8 month baby, who was sneezing a lot because if it. Too much noise in the hotel

So much Entertainment, activities, shows, kids club, slides, pools all fantastic for kids.
Entertainment staff are brilliant, pool at park 2 is busy with water games, music, dance all throughout the day. Slides are brilliant, they are at the top level so a bit of a trek but was manageable . Middle level pools are lovely, beside a bar with good food choices but deep for kids.
Pools and around pools need renovation, my child found 300 loose tiles at the bottom of baby pool, made up a game collecting them all. Some of the steps are wobbly and dangerous. Tiles and drains in parts are black needs power washing. It makes the place look shabby, if it was cleaner it would be an amazing place.

Very nice atmosfere, good food, nice and helpfull staff. We enjoyed every day and the kids loved it. I recomand it and i would totally go back there in the future

Nothing . Food was terrible we stayed for 5 nights on a 12 day trip . We are currently staying in the evenia olympic Gardens all inclusive and it's 5 stars all round .

Fantastic location
There was a football tournament on , and the hotel was heaving with youngsters , very noisy and created a bit of mayhem , although not hotels fault it did hamper our break

Great place
Big pool with slides was closed in April. It was disappointing because it was the reason for booking the hotel. Nevertheless, it is a beautiful hotel and very close to the beach side and loads of amenities.

we have to be extra quiet when coming it late, staff don’t speck no English at all and the breakfast was horrible, need more selections

The food was the worst I've ever had in an all inclusive,Inedible. Pool opened late. Staff rude (apart from late night security guard) nothing going on around the pool or evening entertainment

The reception staff were inhospitable and unkind. We should have been made aware of parking charges prior to booking. There was too long a queue to be checked in, and no help getting luggage to our rooms -we had three small children!
