This hotel was within our budget for our stay in Andorra which was great but more importantly for us - it had a free car park.
We had included breakfast and the breakfast was good with plenty of choice.
We had two rooms and both were ok
In our opinion there was nothing really to dislike about hotel

The street noise was very loud so we had to close the windows, but there was no AC.

The staff -in the reception and the pool bar as well - was extremely nice, always helpful. The massage was really good. The room was clean and well equipped (safe, many toiletries-very nice fragrance). The entire place was very pleasant.

no electrical kittle and no fridge

The staff were very friendly and tried to be helpful. the location was good, not too far from the gondolas, walking distance but up a big hill! The breakfast was good with a variety of things to choose from. The room we stayed in had a balcony and the stream outside was a lovely view to enjoy in the mornings.
The room key card kept malfunctioning which could be a bit irritating, it also tripped the electric and the fuse turned off. Easy fix but irritating. We were lucky to have left on Monday as a school trip arrived the night before and it was quite loud, the walls are very thin between the rooms.

The food in the hotel was excellent. We had breakfast and dinner. The variety was very good and there was always available tables so we didn't have to wait to be seated. The staff was friendly and would try to meet all your requirements.
The hotel rooms are very tired and need updating - décor and furniture. Tiles in the bathroom were cracked, bedside drawers coming apart when you try to open them, etc. The supplied hand wash, shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispenser bottles were not checked before every new customer. Two of ours were empty on arrival. The bar area is really cold and feels unfriendly. Not a lot to do in the hotel - one pool table and that's it. The TV channels are all in Spanish and French apart from BBS news. There is a sauna and a jacuzzi but it will cost you 10 Euro per person for 1 hour and needs to be booked in advance. Total rip off! I was travelling with my teen daughter and requested a twin room. They didn't have one when we arrived and we were placed in a room with 4 beds and tiny storage. Even though the room was spacious for 2 people, the 4 beds made it really awkward, one was so closed to the balcony that you couldn't actually open the balcony door unless you move the bed. It was very uncomfortable as we had to manoeuvre around the beds and had no space to move freely. There was a group of teenage pupils on our floor (Block 1, 5th floor), who were constantly slamming doors, screaming and gathering in the corridor, so after a day of skiing you couldn't actually relax and had to put up with all the noise. The lift not always works so we ended up using the stairs several times, which wouldn't be a problem if we were on the 2nd floor and not on the 5th!

Good breakfast
Friendly, helpful staff
WiFi in room was poor (1201)
Unable to use sauna on my last day as the hotel was “too busy”

the location was good and close to the ski lifts that’s all I can say if I am honest
the staff never said hello or good bye or good morning even if you tried to make contact we asked for a safe key they told us we had to go and collect this is not how a 4 star treats you they should be assisting us with all measures room was never cleaned the floor was dirty and dusty we had female hair stuck in the bedding none of are doors would shut I .e the toilets we only had one plug in a 4 person room light switches didn’t always work the lift is only a 2 person or 1 person with suitcases they don’t help you locate your room or take you to your room like how a 4 star hotel will treat you no bell boy Persnal i wouldn’t even give this a 0.5 star I have stayed in many locations around the world some being 3 star up to 5 star and I was treated like a celebrity was honestly one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in my visits to the slums in Thailand was more appealing than this the breakfast is awful and charged us €11 for eating nothing walked in and walked out was meant to get a room with balcony they didn’t care about this either and didn’t want to help change rooms or amend asked for a glass of water and ice and they would even help with this just said drink it from the tap personally this is outrages and I would like some compensation for my stay and nearly £700 for a room is a joke in this situation I would value the room for a max of £300 for they stay we had due to the conditions

Lovely hotel. Ambience had an old-fashioned mountainy feel. Very cosy. Staff were exceptionally helpful and accommodating. The buffet breakfast was amazing! My favourite thing was how dog-friendly they were. Dogs were allowed everywhere in the hotel apart from the restaurant, and we even received a welcome pack for the dogs, which included a ball, a collapsable drinking bowl and a treat. Really nice touch. Would defo book again here.
It's just slightly out of the main town, so it's a pretty steep walk uphill to get to the centre. But good on the way back because it was downhill! The decor was a little old and tired, but everything was nice and clean, so it didn't really bother us.
