close to the central station and few minutes walk.....its been my 2 - 3 times stayed in the hotel and that was after pandemic if i am not mistaken.....and few months after...
room 109 was dusty in all pannels lower part of the furnitures maybe housekeeping has to check extra the room and the floowr was not ok on the left side bed i think the wooden floor was almost flif up and the writing table has damaged....some furnitures were not in good condition.... that i was dis appointed but i slept well....bathroom toilet there was no shaving kit and toothbrush maybe would be nice to put extra shaving kit and toothbrush coz i forgot my tooth kit from other hotel where i stayed in germany....the bathroom showere curtain was little bit dirty.... maybe needed to wash once in a while.....

For the size of the room it would have been great to have a small fridge in the room since i was in Malmö for medical reasons and it would have been good to have a fridge

Was so cheap, in the heart of the city, 2 minutes walk to central station. Absolutely perfect rooms for 3 lads for a night.

Excellent location with 2-3 minwalk to the Central Station. Quite neighbourhood. Breakfast was fine. For vegetarians and vegans there are few options. The reception staff are friendly and helpful.
There was no phone in the room. So everytime you need something you should to run to the reception.

the room was big, we had towles and clean sheets. The breakfeast was great, a lot of diversity, even a waffle machine. The location was so great, you get a 10 minuts walk to downtown.
Even the room was big, it looked a little bit too dusty and with spider-webs around the corners. The windows did not close completely and a lot of cold came thru. The bathroom need extra upgrades.

Location for the central station is perfect! And the beds are great and that is sort of the main criteria. First Hotels could link about adding some rugs, doing som light renovations and get an interior designer to find some inexpensive ways of pigfing the place up. It would really make a difference! Again great beds go along way in making for a good stay.
Over all room decor is not too hot 🥵…a nice area rug some colored pillows and some artwork could really improve the experience

A mini fridge in the room would of been nice to have.

Good location: close to the central train station (airport bus stop) and to the city center, the beach was also from a few minutes walk.
Breakfast was very good (lactosfree and vegan options as well), but the coffee was terrible.
The relatively late check-out was nice, and they had luggage storage.
Furniture is a bit outdated, bathroom could be cleaner, and you can hear everything from the corridor and next-door rooms

The hotel is situated close to /behind Malmö Central Station, so practical if you come with train.
With a motto saying something like "...your second home..." the staff did their best to make you feel at home.
The hotel is a bit worn and is perhaps in need of a refreshing.
I stayed on the top floor during two hot days and the room would benefit from a better air con.
Same with the WiFi. It that worked great at times, but I did also totally lose the connection, sometimes in the middle of a business meeting. A modern Swedish hotel in one of the bigger cities should have a more stable system.

great location, very clean place. staff was very friendly and helpful. beds were insanely comfortable and room was quite big & cozy . would stay there again.

everything was good, the breakfast was heavenly and a lot of foods to choose from
When we arrived we couldnt pay with cash, so we had to pay with a card but the thing is on the app the price was 370€ (and it was written below the price *included tax and fees*.) and on the reception to pay with card the price was shown as 390€ and the employee didn’t know why the price was higher and he said he will ask his manager but we never got an answer regarding that even when we asked the other employee about the payment that was on shift the last day before we left she said that she doesnt know anything about that.

My room felt cozy and nice. It was also clean and my expectations about the standard were answered.
I have nothing special to mention about what I didn´t like. I appreciated my whole stay at this hotel.

Great location close to the central train station and bus station. Only a short walk to the city centre with all the amenities, caffes, shops and restaurants.
