Very charming suite, very comfortable with TV and wifi, great welcome, wonderful buffet breakfast, next to city centre and station. I will definetely go back.

Great location, just 5 minutes walk to the station and similar to old town. All the staff were very friendly and seemed to really like their hotel and city. Breakfast was excellent, and the free coffee/hot chocolate at other times very much appreciated, as was being able to leave my bag there for a few hours. Hotel exceeded my expectations, as did Malmo.

Perfect location with super friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was also great. We couldn’t have found anywhere better to stay for a fleeting visit to Malmo!

single bedroom did not have proper curtains, only one and it didn’t cover the window. it was also very hot and needed a fan. changed to a better room and sty was more comfortable

I like the receptionist. She was very good with her information and was patient to explain the places to visit. She also offered us drinks at a later time (when we came back to pick up our bags) even after we checked out of our hotel room. We also like the spread given at breakfast

Having said that, our room felt a bit stuffy. perhaps the ventilation there needs checking. there was a tiny fan in the room which helped but it was somewhat half broken (as we couldnt put it into stationary mode)

Nice lady at the reception, very helpful! The hotel is not the newest, but the cleanliness is top notch.

Very central, warm, great breakfast selection. Very helpful and friendly team. My room emanated a very bad smell but they changed it without question.

Rooms an and corridors a bit old and window didn't close in my room. But clean.

Central location, very close to the central train station and the city centre. Good amount of time for breakfast, and great variety to choose from.

I stayed in a room that was a little difficult to get to (very narrow and winding hallway). Otherwise, it was what I expected for the money that I paid 😊

For us there was nothing we did not like.

i liked everything about it.

I had booked a room with two separate beds, but I got a room with completely joined beds, without the possibility of separating them. Separate blankets and pillows don't really mean two beds, especially when the pictures showed fully separated beds. The room smelled very strongly of mold and other unpleasant smells. The floor was sticky, like it hadn't been cleaned in ages. The door is also dirty and black.

Pleasantly surprised with breakfast, The breakfast area was unassuming but they served a wide variety of food! Their sourdough bread is one of the best I have tasted so far. Loved the spacious bathroom too. The room was very clean on the overall. Staff at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. The hotel is near the central station, attractions, restaurants, etc.

The hotel did not have a luggage room but front desk staff was very kind to find us an area within the hotel where we could park our luggages while we wait for check in time.
