Super lokalizacja, blisko plaża i sklepiki. Hotel zlokalizowany pomiędzy Nessebarem, a Słonecznym Brzegiem. Duży plus. Jedzenie dobre, duży wybór, ale strasznie monotonne. Najlepsze kolacje- bardzo ładne dekoracje, śniadania beznadziejne. Ale nie można narzekać, gdyż było tak dużo produktów, że spokojnie każdy najadł się do syta. Bardzo sympatyczna obsługa w barze ( w drugim budynku) przez młodych ludzi Panią i Pana oraz Pana w barze zewnętrznym. Duży szacunek dla ich pracy, przy tłumach ludzi przy barach. Bardzo miła jedna Pani w głównej recepcji, pomocna i cały czas uśmiechnięta.

Cena za pobyt absolutnie nie współmierna do oferty. Hotel ultra allinclusive, a bar na zewnątrz z jedzeniem otwarty w godzinach, gdy jest obiad i zamykany jest już o godz. 17.00. Pokoje małe, łóżko-dostawka zarwane, brak czajnika elektrycznego ( wypożyczony dopiero po wpłaceniu depozytu 20 Lewow), codziennie problemy z kartą wejściową do pokoju, sejf nie działajacy. Na kolację brak herbaty i kawy, jedynie dostępne na śniadaniu. Soki z dystrybutora okropne- rozcieńczany koncentrat. Czasami zamiast soku leciala woda, albo sam koncentrat. Niezbyt czyste sztućce i stoły w dolnej jadalni (jadalnia na górze bez porównania- bardzo czysta). W łazience brak jakichkolwiek półek na kosmetyki, śmierdziało z kanalizy. Ściany b.cienkie, słychać z każdej strony sąsiadów, jakby byli w tym samym pokoju. Sprzątanie to WIELKA.PORAŻKA. Panie przychodziły każdego dnia, ale tylko po to by uzupełnić papier toaletowy, albo tylko wynieść śmieci. Jeden raz ( podczas pobytu 10 dniowego) zmieniły pościel. Były przy tym bardzo niemiłe i wiecznie "obrażone". Pozostały personel też nie był zbytnii sympatyczny- szczególnie panie w jadalni i jeden pan ( dosyć muskularny) w głównej recepcji. Animacje słabiutkie- nieprofesjonalne, w szczególności tańce, które trwały tylko ok.1 godz. Animatorzy- młodzież skoncentrowana wyłącznie na dzieciach. Brak wieczorem muzyki przy zewnętrznym barze. Bilard (tylko jeden stół na tak duży hotel) płatny. Jedyne rozrywki to ping-pong (też 1 stół-wiecznie zajęty) i dla dzieci PlayStation płatne. Ogólnie hotel posiada potencjał, lecz nie jest dostatecznie wykorzystany, zupełnie wystarczający dla rodzin z małymi dziećmi. Drugi raz nie zdecydowałabym się tam pojechać, szczególnie za taką cenę.

5 minutes walk to the beach, rooms were clean and the splash pool was good entertainment for kids.

The hotel is split in 3 buildings, the main place is lovely, spacious rooms and reflective of the 4 stars, the other 2 buildings were at most 3 stars with only one elevator, rooms were very close to each other and fairly noisy. There was no parking spots on site so had to park somewhere 10 min away( parking provided by the hotel at 20bgn per day) just to be told we had to take a taxi to get to the car when we needed it. Although the restaurant had a great variety of food, plenty of meat options, fish and seafood, I wasn’t impressed they didn’t even sanitise the tables in between guests. There were broken loungers at the pool that even a week later had not been replaced but rather covered. The spa offers only paid services including the saunas and on the private beach you need to pay 24bgn for the loungers and umbrella. However, we noticed that in the afternoon people would sit with no one checking. The housekeepers were very helpful as were some of the restaurant staff. At Reception however they were quite dismissive and while asking for the address of their car park this young lady told me to come back later cause she had a checkin.

Not to clean. Not enough sunbeds and they were “reserved” with towels by people whi come to the pool at 10-11, the towels were not changed, the cleaning was superficially made …

The rooms were full of dust. The food was mediocre.

We had a nice holiday there, it is perfect for families.

The water of the pools are cold. In the morning and at night there wasn’t cold water so it was impossible to set the temperature, so we couldn’t have a shower.

We arrived at 04:00 on 16/07/23, were told that check-in is at 14:00 and he at the reception said that it is not his problem that we have arrived earlier, and could wait at the airport until 14:00, and was very rude. He said we have to pay 256 Lev or leave the hotel and come back at 14:00 for check-in, bad start for our stay. We decided to pay the stated amount.. This hotel is suitable for families with children, as it is very noisy throughout the day.

Everything was excellent. The room was clean. The food was really nice. There were a themed dinners at the restaurant. The staff was very helpful and nice.

Most of the food was too fat and cheap quality, sometimes it was difficult to find smth good to eat. The drinks was very poor quality, I was drinking only water and tea. The deserts was with a lot of cream and time to time cream in desserts was sour (spoiled). Almost everyone in Bulgaria smoke, in the dining room, at the swimming pool, on the sea.

-Kettle, iron and iron board you have to put deposit. - Room does not come with Shampoo, conditioner or any sanitary kits. - Pillows were too hard - Fridge was empty, no water supplied. - The big pools were out of service for maintaince work. - Balcony view was an eyesore. The view was of the sand dunes and pool with some run down hotel opposite. - at the Beach, the sun beds were closed - More international music a little Rnb, hip hop 90s enlish music would have been great. - Gym was a disappointment - Buffet food was the same every other day - Buffet food was labelled poorly - Hotel food not really suitable for Vegetarians of Vegans as the veg food are placed too close to the meat. - Not Halal friendly or Kosher friendly - Hotel offers unlimited alcohol which means it attracts chavs and loud people who come here for piss ups, so I wouldnt say it's too family friendly. - Too many chavs on the weekend we travelled. - Too loud at night so hard to sleep with everyone drinking late at night.

This hotel is a really nice base for a family holiday. The place is very clean, they have a really nice team of staff (snack bar man and our cleaning lady were lovely!!!), and the pools and entertainment team are great. There is also a mini tourist train that stops right outside the hotel to take you to the centre of sunny beach. I also got a facial by the lady in the spa, this was lovely and really helped my skin! Reception staff very kind and helpful and beach close by

As a vegetarian couple, we felt the food got a bit repetitive. Although there were options put out for us that we liked, we stayed for 10 days and eventually just had too much of them. At the a la carte restaurant we ate from kids menu as there was no vegetarian main. I would of liked to see some more dishes for us at lunch and dinner mainly. The food is good value for money though.

Didn’t meet expectations

Check-in was quick and efficient. The standard room I had booked was spaceous and immaculately clean. What I absolutely loved about this hotel was the food - tasty, with excellent variety of the buffet in the main restaurant and the snack area, as well as the service offered - all the staff being warm-welcoming, kind and helpful. Well done, Imperial Resort!

Everything. Good location, nice and helpful staff. Good value for money. Rooms perfectly clean, hotel was renovated a few days ago. Towels were soft, water pressure was excellent - we stayed on the 7th floor. The view was amazing.

Good. Maybe as for UAI can be seafood.But it's OK.I paid an extra 10 euros for day,change room to see view.Terace very nice ,view amazing. Up floor.

As for UAI strange that You must pay for inside pool sauna. Pool free, sauna extra?????

The staff were kind all of them were helpful and sweet. From the cleaners, to front of house reception, to waiters. It isn't far from Necesebar which is beautiful and also very close to the beach which was lovely and quiet.

The food was generally of a poor standard but the hotel was booked for me otherwise I would have been able to tell from the incredibly low price that it won't be good. If you don't have much money or a high standard or expectation you will be fine. My cake from one of the à la carte "luxury" restaurants had mould on it. I took a picture I have retained as proof, I showed the waitress she was obviously incredibly embarrassed but seeing as I wasn't paying for anything anyway there wasn't much that could be done. The bread tasted stale, much of the leftover salad from lunch looked like it had been mixed together to create a "different" mixed salad for dinner. I honestly think if you're young or older, have a family and can't afford a good holiday you will be more than satisfied with the low standards. There is definitely a certain type of person that frequents this establishment, a couple of people I overheard comparing it to Benidorm the show which funnily enough was exactly my sentiment.

When the diner is over, stuff starts to take of the rests from the buffet with hands, in front of the guest in the restaurant. Food goes in one box, decoration in another. Other dishes are taken with the plates puting them one over other, directly over the food.

the food is almost always the same. the staff is not very nice. the indoor pool is not heated and very cold. we caught a cockroach. stole the phone, and the person was indifferent to it.
