Quality hotel offering excellent value for money. Modern, clean, comfortable rooms, with excellent showers. Great breakfast, excellent staff and spacious free car park.

it was not worth 1K we paid for. tv could have Netflix we asked for ironing board twice….. and the ones they brought 1 or 2hr (s) later didn’t work so we didn’t bother to ask again

pool bar closed the day we arrived and there often a wait for drinks at the main bar due to a lack of staff

One of best hotel in albufeira (Olhos de Agua). Excelente service, very clean, private car parking , excelent breakfast. Location is great. Quite area away from the busy city with good restaurants and supermarket. Recommended.

Really lovely staff and the location is very good for two gorgeous beaches. Right outside the hotel had some lovely amenities too. Breakfast was excellent and the rooftop breakfast room is a lovely place to start the day. Our room was a suite and a great size.

The only minor downsides for us was the cleaning team didnt remove rubbish over the course of our stay until the 2nd to last day. And pool towels could not be changed daily and we had no means of drying them due to no balcony or line in the room. The couches in our room need to be updated and small details like the shower door need some maintenance.

Staff were very professional, extremely obliging and friendly, in particular the young gentleman who checked us in. Room was beautiful and very spacious. Breakfast was good, enough choice. Good location, Olhos d'Agua is a lovely location situated between Albuferia and Vilamoura. Plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from. Beautiful beach within walking distance. Would recommend.

Pool area was clean and lovely but small, limited loungers in the sun. We didn't have a balcony.

Hotel is pristine. Staff are very accommodating and friendly. Beds extremely comfortable and large. Area is perfect if you want somewhere quieter while it’s only a ten to fifteen mins ride from livelier old town and the marina. Vilamoura is also a twenty min Uber or taxi away. Good choice for couples and retirees.

Maybe some music by the pool so it wasn’t too quiet.

Shower holder couldn’t hold shower on full. Drain couldn’t cope and as a result water all over floor. Pool is too small.

Everything. We changed rooms because of a very bad and dangerous leak from the ceiling light. And the other room also had leaks and problems plus a very bad smell. the shower drain had a problem so there was standing water in the shower the whole time we were there (5nights) and the worst part is that it was NEVER cleaned!

More than horrible breakfast!

The room was a great size, the beds were very comfortable, the bathroom was excellent, the breakfast was good and the pool was a decent size, not too big or overcrowded. Close to shops, restaurants and a short walk to the beach.

We wanted a double bed but we got two single beds pushed together. Literally the only negative point to the hotel, not a major issue though.

The hotel is very clean, the staff is very nice and helpful. The pool is well mentained and cleaned every day.

Maybe some variety for the breakfast and would be great.
