Clean suit

Been charged for two days even I contact them that I will be late for two days.. requested to change the suit they rejected noise in the AC the suit is in two levels dangerous for the children not up to the standard

House keeping was as usual very bad. Tea, coffee, sachet, milk/cream, shower gel, cotton buds, tissue box, none of these were replenished. Some were not there even at the time of checking in. All three days of stay was terrible. Even the waste collection from the room was not carried out well. I complained several times by phone, in writing, in person...but nothing happened much.....Staff at the reception were cooperative but appeared helpless. One reception staff came up to the room and delivered tissue box....

The worst staying experience. Bad house keeping. No tea, no shower gel, no milk (creamer) No complimentary drinking water, no coffee powder sachet, no cotton buds, no tissue box, no proper waste collection, on most days. The reception staff appeared helpless when we complain many times. One reception staff came up to deliver one tissue box. This saga continued all the three days I stayed. Being a regular custom I was promised that these won’t repeat…but alas, same experience again !!

The location was just perfect.

The bedroom upstairs only has a shower with no toilet meaning if you need to use the bathroom at night you have to go downstairs this is not convenient when you have small kids.

I am sad to say that , cause I like everything except the a/c … they send the technician twice and I change the room with same issue. Hope to fix that asap ..

I have stayed there many times, even when the property was named “Hitel Apartment” many years back. But this time the House keeping standards were very low…..not replenishing deliverables, (coffee tea, toiletries etc)….needing to wait hours and calling several times to get services etc:……honestly very bad….D403 was my room…..Premier Room and substandard service !!

Great location, huge rooms, excellent facilities / amenities for guests and super comfortable bed. It was an enjoyable experience.

The nightly cost / rates are very high.

the only two things i liked were the lady who checked us in and the shattaf in the toilet.

I paid for a 5 star hotel and was put into a very bad quality room that literally has a four star tile on their bathroom floor. the hallways and rooms smell funny because of the old carpet and despite the room having a patio, it literally has no point to it since there is no view.

I think for the price we are paying they should have parking available or at least arranged

the staff was phenomenally friendly and helpful location superb washing room a really helpful service and breakfast is wonderful and very caring for gluten free diet. only thing was that out of 3 rooms that we had, 2 had severe water issues, either no water, or plumbing issues and we needed to move rooms to the other side of hotel. another issue to take note - we were 3 rooms and asked many times to be all together, apparently that wasn't possible since each type of room was different, and we were not made aware of this at any stage before our arrival. also please note that there is no oven in the kithcen, its only a microwave.

Customer service was fantastic !

The couch was worn out and dirty looking . It needed to be replaced. It did not fit the overall look of the hotel since everything else was very nice

perfect location. very nice staff at the reception specially Atika. She made sure that we had a wonderful stay. definitely will visit again.

the staff very friendly and kind. Everything is clean and good smell everywhere. The hotel was very comfortable, clean and safe.

the insurance was high and I stayed before this time in le claridge and they didn’t ask me for insurance.
