位置适合，交通方便，配套设施齐全。

办理入住手续时效率太低，即使很多人排队也做得比较慢，与目前海外很多酒店早已自助办理比较相比占用客人时间更多。

Was a beautifully spacious room and great location, easy to get around and staff were friendly

No onsite laundry room to do your own washing.

Location is good. Close to west Kowloon station and lots of shopping an eateries close by.

Room is small but as expected. It was kind of really rundown.

外出後の部屋へのアクセスが複雑。

- Nice helpful staff, large rooms, comfortable bed, access to shops and eateries at China Hong Kong City (the hotel is directly above the China ferry terminal), walking distance to harbour city/TST attractions

- Perhaps it’s due to the wet weather but the rooms had a bit of a musty smell (they did provide an air purifier), it’s a bit confusing for taxi/Uber drivers or food delivery riders to find the hotel lobby as it’s located upstairs and they will pick you up/drop you off at the ferry terminal, rooms are way too cold even with the ac turned off
