Breakfast was very bad but the location and the hotel were better

Location was great, hotel was bustling, bar and restaurants were fantastic. Staff and service were very attentive to needs.

Did not seem to have a USB port to directly charge the phone - a little unusual in today's world.

Checked in late, the room was dusty! plus the girl was doing the checking in for me. explained that I have breakfast from 6:30 to 10:30 level two and then when I checked out they took €150 for the breakfast she mentioned that it was complementary with my room. Plus they were so weird about the amount of money I should put as a deposit for the hotel it was €200 so I felt like I was a bit scammed for all this because they refused to remove the minibar which I don’t appreciate cause I don’t drink and I asked to pay for anything in cash and they also said no it’s the hotel policy! I would never stay in this hotel again I don’t recommend it it’s bad service they don’t know how to communicate with people there English is actually very poor or they would like to play dumb to get more money from people

The staff were helpful and welcoming and the spa facilities were outstanding.

The bath/shower in the junior suite was not ideal.
