Enorm hoge temperatuur en lage luchtvochtigheid op de kamer. Het was 27 graden celcius omdat de airco uitgeschakeld was. Er was geen enkele mogelijkheid om de temperatuur te verlagen. Na meermaals vragen om een oplossing bij de receptie, werd er uiteindelijk een kleine ventilator gestuurd. Maar dit gaf geen enkel resultaat.

Выбирала отель для транзитной ночевки, от аэропорта 6 км. Номер и ванная просторные, ремонт и обстановка хорошие, все чисто. Постельное белье и полотенца отличного качества. Есть доставка еды в номер, правда для заказа пришлось спуститься вниз. Есть мини-бар, утюг, сейф. Окно открывается, можно проветрить комнату. Персонал понимает английский язык, что очень важно. В отеле есть отличный бассейн с сауной, вода теплая. Одно но - нужна шапочка для бассейна. По моей просьбе -уж очень хотелось разгрузить спину - персонал нашел мне шапочку! Есть бесплатный шаттл от/до аэропорта, но лучше бы было расписание и подробное описание, где его ждать в аэропорту. На обратном пути забыла ноутбук в номере - водитель шаттла подождал 5 минут, пока я за ним сбегаю -было очень приятно!

Прождала бесплатный шатл из аэропорта больше часа из-за проблем в коммуникации. На букинге написали -ждать Терминал 3 выход 5, но не уточнили, как узнать автобус и где стоянка. Я прождала час возле выхода 5, но как потом поняла, видно просто пропустила автобус, так как не увидела стоянку микроавтобусов напротив через 2 полосы. Через час благополучно уехала, но было жаль потерянного времени. Также не работал спа-салон во время моего приезда, не поняла -то ли открывался позже, то ли вообще закрыли.

Персонал вне ресепшина - очень внимательный. На территории отеля есть несколько кафе и ресторанов. Удобно, недалеко от аэропорта

На ресепшине персонал не говорит на русском (ни на другом славянском), по-английски говорят очень плохо. Низкий уровень знания языка. Из-за этого пришлось понервничать. Таксист заблудился и с аэропорта не мог довести нас. Остановился в глухом месте и пытался высадить из машины. Дозвонились в отель. В отеле не понимали в чем проблема. Только через 5 минут и после 3х настойчивых звонков догадались в чем проблема

방이 크고 깨끗하다. 직원이 친절하다. 공항 픽업이 무료다. 아침식사가 맛있다.

없다. 픽업 예약을 안해서 공항에서 택시 잡다가 2시간 기다렸다. 미리 픽업 예약하면 공항에서 시간 낭비 안해도 된다. 호텔은 문제가 없다 택시가 매우 불친절하다.

I stayed twice at this hotel. This is the first time. Our room is in Building 1 not 2. The room was nice, and clean. But be careful of rooms in Building 2....it was not clean

The hotel lobby was great, clean, big and spacious, the staff are friendly. The location is good.

The hotel room was disappointing, it’s an absolute run down. The room is smaller than I expected, the furniture is very old and dated. The carpet is old and dirty, there is also an unpleasant smell in the room. Hotel swimming pool is big but it when you swim there is a slight smell of the toilet. The food quality at the breakfast is poor, it’s not worth the money you pay.

The cleaning staffs are super helpful. This hotel is close to subway station.

The room at first night was not clean, and the lights there did not work properly, the bathroom door is not functioning... The staff at front desk changed room for us at the second night. It was a little better than the 1st one, but there was a cockroach in the bed in the middle of the night.....

1. None or minimal options for vegetarians/vegans during breakfast. Very poor 2. Getting room service was impossible. No one answered the phone. I had to walk to the kitchen physically. 3. the room service got the order wrong - it forgot to bring one of our meals

Nice modern design. Well organized and equipped breakfast area. Fast and polite front desk crew. Modern comfortable room. Clean covering the basic needs for a short stay near the airport.

Not quite conformable for a trip to downtown Beijing area.

Room wasn’t ready even at 5pm. My old grandpa has to wait in lobby for a long time way after their stated checkin time. Give us the wrong room setting, my uncle and his friend got put into a honeymoon double instead of twin which is what we booked.

Location was convenient near the airport

Unbelievably bad communication and staff. We arrived at 4pm the room is still not ready, when check in is supposed to be after 1pm. Travelled with a friend and book twin room, end up with a honey moon double bed with see through bathroom wall. Horrible experience.

I booked a room 5 days ago, but my booked room was unavailable on check-in day. They charged a deposit, but I am still not getting back four days later.

Resection and the concierge department are well helpful and Enthusiastic and thoughtful！Manager WANG from the concierge department would answer all yoour quuestions and solve all your problems! Guests feel at home! :)

Facilities and clean would be improved.
