This is an absolute gem. It is a small family run hotel, set in its own delightful grounds, about a mile south of Cabezon along a very quiet lane, ideal for a stroll. Our room had its own spacious terrace. The buffet breakfast is as comprehensive as in a big top class hotel without the pushing and dodging of other guests. The hot options are cooked to order. The proprietor offers a “light” dinner but one can make it as substantial as one wishes and it is of excellent quality, good value and in very agreeable surroundings.

Jardin de Carrejo is a beautiful place to enjoy a few days in Cantabria. The location is perfect to drive to all the sites along the coast. The breakfast was homemade and delicious. It is also possible to get dinner, which is simple but quite good.

A beautiful old house with wonderful gardens. We had a junior suite which was great with plenty of comfortable seating. The bathroom was huge. Our host Alfonso was very kind and helpful Fabulous breakfast Thank you

There was no restaurant on site and the hotel was a little way out of town Only a problem because it was absolutely pouring down.

All, the Hotel, the staff was super friendly and take care all details for us that made the stay a very good one. The breakfast was one of my favorites in this vacations!
