Turn up at 16:18 to get my car in there car park to be told it was full when you cannot check in before 15:00 and reception send my to a public car park 20 minutes away by foot, air-conditioning in room was not working properly, the bar was closed at 11pm and could not use room service, wi-fi was very poor, receptionist in the afternoon was not very helpful but the night receptionist was very helpful and polite

Came to see Rod Stewart at the bull ring. Location was good, breakfast, pool, hotel room all excellent and great value for money. Staff were brilliant, couldn't do enough for you

No fault of the hotel, but there was a lot of road works around the area making parking extremely difficult. Typical Spanish doing this during peak season.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Room spacious, with a very comfortable bed. Very friendly staff who allowed us to check in early and all topped off with a rooftop swimming pool / bar. Would stay here again next time we return to Murcia.

The location is very good, just a short walk over the river from the historic center. There are plenty of supermarkets and local restaurants nearby, and close to the railway station. The hotel is clean and modern, but try to get a lower floor, especially in summer as it gets quite hot on the 6th floor where we were staying. Our air con was very weak, but luckily the staff at the hotel gave us a new room. The pool area is also nice to hang out and enjoy the sunshine.

Not a huge issue as it was rectified, but the air con in our 6th floor room was very weak. Had to take 5 showers during the night to cool down as I couldn’t sleep.

We would have liked to use the pool in the morning before midday. The aircon unit was noisy.

The property had a welcoming and cute boutique hotel atmosphere, which was in step with the surrounding town. located on the edge of the old town in a calm area with a few cafe, shops and a nice park near by, and walking distance to the train station. rooftop pool was excellent break from the summer heat and had a small bar serving cold beers. room was clean and spacious with a large en suite. great value for money.

staff were helpful and friendly, however, English was at times a bit limited.

Lady at breakfast was superb!!!! Everyday She remembered bring more coffee to my husband, who drinks many many cups of coffee in the morning and She was always smiling. And that guy at the pool was very friendly also. Reception People always helped us whatever we asked. ++++++++

Everything! One of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in & excellent value for money. Staff were friendly and helpful, our room was beautiful with a massive bed & great private terrace. The pool was a bonus & was a lovely place to chill at the end of the day.
