Very clean , staff were very friendly

The beds in the room were very hard , pillows weren’t feather . On arrival my room wasn’t ready so was told I could get changed in the spa , I had to carry my suitcase down the stairs and back up again with no help from the staff . Was told I couldn’t take food and eat it sat on my sunbed , I’ve staying in some amazing hotels around the world and never not been able to go that

Sehr freundliches Personal Tolles Frühstück und auch gute Abendkarte. Nicht teuer und ausgesprochen gut .

Die Bar war etwas ungemütlich und ab dem 3. Tag war kein Tonic mehr vorrätig

It is clean. The pool cafe was good.

Dinner was poor. There is no view. It is more of a package holiday destination so not good value if you pay the higher independent traveller prices.

lacked ambience understaffed . pool bar not working . no staff coming around to ask if you wanted a drink . staff not really engaging . key card repeatedly and I mean repeatedly stopped working . a little walk back to reception many times . nothing / information In the rooms to give you a number to dial . it felt very isolating .

The cleanliness at the hotel was of a very high standard the staff were well informed and friendly to deal with The facilities at the hotel are excellent and great for a relaxing getaway

Good breakfast. Liked the shower. Quiet location. good views from the room. Helpful staff

We booked a Double Premium Room. The hotel website says that Premium rooms include a number of free extras in particular Nespresso coffee and one massage per person of 30 minutes per 7 days stay. We checked this with reception but when we came to check out we were given a bill charging us for Nespresso coffee we had used and one of the massages. The manager said that this was because I had booked via Booking.com and not directly with the hotel. However I paid the hotel so my contract was with the hotel. The hotel also offered a 3 course dinner for 25 Euros from their à la carte menu which we booked for one evening. When we came to check out the bill showed the higher à la carte prices. After some debate the manager deleted the charges for the massage and Nespresso coffee and reduced the dinner charge to 50 Euros (2 people)
