Das Frühstück war mit Ausnahme des Brots nicht gut und sehr einfacher Aufschnitt! Die Kommoden im Zimmer waren ohne Türen, die waren einfach ausgebaut, was soll das? Der Pool durfte nur von Uhr 10 bis 18 benutzt werden, leider!

Good location, very friendly staff, great selection available at breakfast, efficient lifts.

We would have liked to have tea available, either in the bedroom or in the lobby. A microwave available at breakfast would be a great addition (especially to heat up that delicious porridge)

The terrace are by the pool is pleasant. And the staff are great. The bed was comfortable. And they kept it clean.

No way to cool down the room as the airco doesn’t get turned on in Spain until it’s actually summer despite the fact it’s 26c out in March. And the damn 2 single beds pushed together is not a double. Get with the times. Rooms are dated and worn down like my patience. Not a 4 star. And the tv is a ridiculous throw back to the 90s probably. The only thing smart about it is it turned off on its own. 1 English Channel. And that was sky news. Ouch.

Bra storlek på rummet. Lyx i badrummet och bra byte handdukar och bra bäddning. Fantastiskt frukost. 10 poäng.

Fanns ingen samlingsplats för lite umgänge när poolområdet var stängt. Ingen form av servering på kvällen. Man var tvungen att gå ut. Tyvärr var ju det gatuarbeten när jag var där. Men det har jag förståelse för.

Alles Top! Gute Lage, schönes und sauberes Hotel, sehr nette Leute, gutes und sehr freundliches Personal, geräumige und saubere Zimmer, ☀️ Alles wie versprochen 👍🏼

Für die Baustelle vor der Tür können sie ja nichts, deshalb keinen Grund für einen nächsten Besuch.

Die Lage ist ideal gleich an der Strandpromenade. Gleich in der Nähe gibt es Restaurants, Bars, einen Supermarkt und mehrere Crocery Stores, alles da, was man braucht. Die Zimmer haben Balkon, minibar und sind schön groß. Im Frühstücksraum war immer Platz und die Auswahl war super.

They charged my card without authorisation after check out, had submit a chargeback request to my bank, they didn't respond to me

When We arrived the room hadn’t been cleaned properly and the sheets were from the previous customer.

The breakfast was decent, it pretty much covered everything I wanted to eat. However other 4-star hotels they had a chef to cook omelettes or pancakes however you wanted.

First mistake was the longest waiting at our arrival at the reception, I expected more from a 4-star hotel. Then the 2nd mistake was the 2nd day when they didn’t clean the room or at least change the towels. Overall the room wasn’t new or at least for a 4-star hotel. It needs some renovation even though the view was astonishing.

The hotel is located opposite the yacht marina and has an outdoor pool with views of the city skyline. Breakfast buffet was fantastic. Staff were very helpful.

The staff on reception were efficient and kind. I had missed my flight and as a single mum travelling with a young baby I arrived in a bit of a state! I had a free upgrade, which was a lovely gesture. Thank you.

I would have really appreciated some assistance to the room with all my bags and buggy. Also, the roadworks right outside the hotel sadly does affect the “location” score temporarily.

Very clean large enough room with tea/coffee provided Close enough to the center of Palma, 15mins walk to the Cathedral Swimming pool on the terrace is nice but other looking a busy street

A bit noisy

Clean and spacious room with a gorgeous view to harbor. All the facilities were in the room, even complimentary water, good hotel.

The constructions in front of the hotel little bit burdened, but I believe when it is over, it will be comfortable and gorgeous place to walk and chill. Not all the electricity holes were working, and TV did not work.

The location & the large balcony. The A/C was very good. The breakfast was excellent. The pool area looked very nice.

The bathroom was very small due to the location of the room next to the staff area. There were no free beds at the pool. The Paseo Maritimo was being dug up all along in front of the hotel.

Room service took over 2 hours and then brought no drinks On Sunday we woke up to see the chamber maid in the room at 8.10am She tried to come in again at 8.40!!!
