Overlooking the hotel next door

we had an absolutely amazing time. the manager of the hotel is fantastic as well as the whole team. we couldn’t have asked for a better over all!

small little things like missing wine glasses in the room. but nothing crazy :)

staff, very friendly and attentive, very pleasant. rooms are comfortable and clean. breakfast is good but for a 5 star hotel could be improved. the spa treat is very worth it the time, two hours well spent. the hotel is also well located, very close to the beach and the center of the city. apparently the hotel has also one of the best restaurant in town, if not the best. it’s a shame it was closed during our stay, but we would definitely try it if it happens we go back.

the outside facade of the hotel could be improved, at my taste it doesn’t represent the look of a 5 star hotel. in the rooms should add face tissues, laundry bag, mark what’s in the coffee/tea box (we couldn’t understand which one was the decaf or normal coffee capsule). breakfast can be improved, from quality of the dishes to the buffet presentation.

The comfort of the room and being able to use fingerprints as room entry. Very convenient.

Parking was 14 à day. I feel like we could have free parking considering it's a 5 star hotel.

We got upgraded to a suite as our room was overbooked! Fingerprint instead of cards or keys is fantastic! Very nice personell, perfect location close to the beach and the city of Calella!

I could do without the drunk germans, but that's not the hotel's fault.

The staff was very great; so kind, friendly and helpful. The food was very excellent.

I really loved everything. The pool can get a little loud when trying to rest with the children shouting.

Super friendly and accommodating staff. Spacious rooms, cozy and comfortable place. 10 minute walk from the city centre and close to the beautiful beach. The adjacent spa is fantastic! 10/10 would stay there again.

The bed was really comfortable and the staff was nice. Outdoor pool is small but sweet.

Using your fingerprint as key for elevator and room felt a bit weird in covid times but otherwise practical. The motion sensors and touch screen controls for lighting and AC were too complicated for my vacation brain and would have needed a written manual (on top of introduction at check in).
