Establecimiento bien organizado y bien ubicado, ideal para vacaciones de verano en familia. Muy atentos y amables.

El personal de recepcio en especial la Jenny un 10. Gran amabilitat i predisposicio per ajudar-te en qualsevol cosa. Dona gust trobar gent aixi.

El buen trato de todo el personal, siempre pendientes de todo y con una sonrisa, y la limpieza. El buffet increíble, ya me habían dicho que era excelente. Y el detalle de tener duchas en la zona de consigna, para alargar la estancia unas horas más cuando finaliza tu reserva.

El horario de comidas y cenas, muy europeo, pero te adaptas y comes o cenas prontito

Lovely location and excellent service on the hotel.

We stayed at the hotel for two weeks and have to say that the staff are amazing. Always friendly, smiling, attentive, and willing to help. The food was good, and the hotel is clean and well-maintained. The room was just right with a small fridge and all the basic amenities you'd expect. There's a nice pool and a jacuzzi on the fifth floor. We never tried the jacuzzi. There were Zumba classes and music on Friday evenings. It's also in a good location with everything you need in close proximity. The beach is about 10 minutes away on foot.

We originally selected Mar Blau because the Booking.com description said it offered activities for children. We were told it's still early and that these may start the week after our arrival, but that never happened. For parents with a very energetic six-year-old, it was disappointing, especially after hearing from friends a year earlier who stayed somewhere else in Spain and told us how great it was. Having an hour or two to ourselves would have been nice Also to note, full board does not include basic non-alcoholic drinks for lunch and dinner. Usually alcoholic drinks would be extra, but not here. Overall a very positive experience and we had a really good time. The lack of advertised kids activities drop the rating for me to 9/10, but otherwise can't fault it - everything else was really excellent.

The receptionist who checked us in was very rude and blunt. All other staff were friendly
