Aparthotel molt correcte a davant de la platja. Bones instal·lacions i animació a la nit. Hi ha aparcament gratuït als voltants.

Die Lage ist top, wenn man ein Zimmer zum Meer hat. Allerdings ist das Schlafzimmer dann innenliegend ohne Fenster.

Das Personal ist wenig zuvorkommend. Uns wurde gesagt, dass man ohne Probleme zum Abendbuffet dazukommen kann, dem war aber nicht so. Dass wir dann abends ohne Möglichkeit zum Essen dastanden, da zu unserer Zeit Anfang November keine Lokale oder Geschäfte in der Nähe offen hatten, war dem Personal egal. Schlechte Kommunikation zwischen Küche und Rezeption!

Great location

From the description of the hotel, and photos, you think that you will be in a room with a view to the front overlooking Arenal Bay. I booked a Junior Suite, and the room was at the other side of the pictures shown, still sea view, but also a view of the back of the hotel, which is not very pleasant. No coffee, tea or milk in the rooms. No coffee machine. When I booked, it all looked good, ask us a question, but still never had a response. Finally, the lack of late check out facilities. This is a 4 star hotel, and quite expensive, but they weren’t able to offer us a late check out. They did provide towels, and we used the showers at the indoor pool, but it soured the last day of our trip. We only needed 3 extra hours! They explained that the hotel was full, but I doubt very much with flight’s coming into the island almost every minute, that all their guests arrived by 15.00

Great location friendly and helpful staff. Very clean. Lovely food and drinks. Lots of different nationalities, mainly German, French and Spanish and everyone was polite and friendly. The staff spoke basic English but my Spanish is good so wasn't a problem and the staff really try to help people. Shout out to Juan, Fergie, Carlos, Sid and all bar staff who were so nice xx

Hard to say really! Only negative was that sun beds went quickly so you had to get there before 9.30 and we couldn't get late check out.. however that's only because of how busy it was. This didn't affect the service at the bar or on the terrace for food, the lifeguard wasn't letting people reserve sunbeds and leave the pool area which was good. Great family hotel

Our room was a little tatty in places, round the back of the hotel, opposite the airport, so a little noisy at night. As English people, not sure if this was intended 🤔

Superb location, great staff and service, lot of options for breakfast even for vegetarians and overall a nice family vibe to the property. The poolside restaurant had a limited food menu but each and every item that we tried was excellent. There was a small entertainment show every evening for guests, which was a nice way to wind down. Pool facilities and the spa were also spot on

Nothing really to not like

Location was perfect. Very clean. Lots of sun beds. Young man who attended the pool area was exceptional.

Staff could be a bit abrupt and impatient at times. Cooker was rubbish… took about 20 minutes to heat up.

All staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms are nice and installations are good. Well located

Needs better sound insulation, very easy to hear other guests, street noise (e.g. garbage truck noise) etc.

No drinking water ,no coffee powder or milk in the room , that could be provided ! because people checking in last in the evening, could love to relax in the room having a coffee and water so please improve that .

The breakfast is amazing, lots of options and also some Mallorcan delicacies. Very satisfied!

Really like these apartments. Nice and spacious. Sea view and nice pool, spa. Good entertainment.

Can't think of anything apart from the fact showers in changing room didn't work.

Good facilities, close to beach, short distance from airport.

The view is breath taking! The apartment is big enough and serves its purpose well. The breakfast in the morning is to die for! The vibe in the Lounge at night is phenomena with a big variety of music and cocktails.

Noise travels extremely easily between the walls and can keep you up at night, next to the very soft beds.

The food was excellent, and the environment is superb

I didn't like that jacuzzi that it was manually heated for us for an hour or two a day . This is very disappointing. They should get it fixed and stop giving an explanation for it. We spent 8 nights there, and this could have been sorted out even within the days if they really wanted to do it. The accommodation is not cheap. Please get it fixed up for other users. Heating jacuzzi manually with pipe or nozzle being in it is dangerous, and it poses health and safety risks. Thanks
