good location, friendly stuff and big room with a nice balcony

The location was close to airport, walkable to the beach and it's easy to find a parking. The staff was considerate.
As a family with a small child this hotel was not appropriate. The upper floors are noisy with party youngsters. The walls are not sound proof. We had an early morning flight and we couldn't sleep because of the noise in the adjacent rooms and corridor. We didn't feel like spending time in the room because it was dark and didn't give a fresh feeling.

close to the beach. nice large balcony. staff were helpful. storage for bikes and suitcases.

The building and apartment facilities are old and could use some upgrading. The beds were too soft for us.

Great staff, a spacious apartment in a nice location
The water heater was unusable as it was very dirty inside. No basic toiletries as soap available, we had to buy one and found it very odd. The walls are so thin that you can hear what people in another apartments are talking about. It was very unpleasant to wake up at 4 or 5 am from people’s loud laughing.

I liked the pool, big rooms, nice staff and price. What I especially liked was that everyone had their own key (we were five in one apartment)
There was no soap in the bathroom and also no sponges and no product for washing dishes. Window was not possible to open in the bathroom so there was no fresh air.

The room was very spacious and we had a beautiful view from our large balcony. The location was very convenient to go to beach but also to get a bus to Palma and to reach the airport.
The hotel staff were very friendly and they wanted to help us whenever they could.
Unfortunately the majority of the guests were noisier than us. We have been woken up each night by different neighbors from midnight to 2am. It seemed like most of the guests were visiting the area to go out at night.
