pool facilities were decent but that’s about it. Pool bar was operated by only one person. took ages to get anything.

Ant infestation in the room which made it very uncomfortable to sleep in spare bed. Had horrible encounters with staff and management regarding billing. given misinformation via chat in lead up to booking and I was charged double in the end.

Breakfast was good.

Pool hours were very limited so I couldn't use it after the golf round.

Hotel staff didn’t seem happy at all. Management maybe the problem and should look into this. As normally good staff shine through no matter what! Food had a poor choice.

Everything was extraordinary. Friendly staff, very tasty food, close distance to a calm beach. We enjoyed our time a lot.

We enjoyed the fact that the property was close to a fantastic beach and also had superb swimming pools. It was secure, comfortable with excellent facilities. The perfect family hotel.

Staff, pool. Excellent beach resort. We stayed for 6 nights in June 2022.Very polite and helpful staff. I was concerned about visiting unfamiliar place but there was always someone ready to help and answer all questions. The rooms are quiet and comfortable. Beautiful view toward the pool area from our balcony. They have different size pools including a very shallow one which was perfect for our 18 mo old daughter. She enjoyed playing in the water very much. As other people mentioned the breakfast buffet is nice. Overall the Resort is well managed. Quiet. People are extremely polite. Speaking about bot staff and visitors. We had enjoyable stay and will definitely visit again. The Resort is situated in the middle of Costa Brava and easy access to all interesting places. So rent a car and explore.

Breakfast could have been better. Every day they had the same items and the cheapest possible produce, they could had bought. Certainly not what a four-star resort should offer. Also, the beds and the linen were not the best. Sort of cheap and although not very uncomfortable did not feel of very good quality. The bathroom towels were bad- rough and stained. Also, kind of worn out because of multiple wash and bleach cycles they apparently had gone through.

Booking.com asked me to select a twin or double. I chose a double but on arrival got a twin and was told that it was my problem to resolve with Booking. Nothing they could do and the staff became quickly unpleasant. The rooms are very badly sound proofed. I could hear my neighbours snoring...and it's a 4 star!!!?

Excellent location next to the golf course.

Not too keen on the decor in the reception (painted wagging technique) slightly dark….just a personal preference.
