Easy to find, just off the main road, but very quite- plenty of parking places, great location- 5 minutes walk from spa. Late check-in worked smoothly. Stylish and spacious room, very nice town view from the balcony.

Breakfast was a bit … basic. Otherwise, highly recommended.

our room could do with a shower curtain.. it was a shower over a bath and so not having a curtain was tricky

Lady at reception was lovely; friendly, helpful. Room was clean, sheets were high quality, and excellent value for money.

We booked Twin room and they didn't have any and they weren't told that we wanted twin rooms

Good coffee machine in breakfast room. Hotel is well located to walk into the town. Room had a balcony with a decent view. The manager was friendly.

The room was small. There was not enough cupboard space to put our clothes, so we couldn't unpack our suitcases. The bathroom had a bad smell. No electrical socket next to the bed. Balcony door single glazed, so you hear noise from the road. Breakfast was simple and exactly the same each day. The ski room needs some work - the outer door sticks and boot heaters did not work properly. The parking is cramped.

I liked the fact that it’s close to the telecabine and that the rooms were recently refurbished

Perhaps new hairdryers and some modernisations in the bathroom.

Really clean and warm rooms, great location and nice view. We will definitely come back!
